My phone's power button fell out. I asked if they could repair it. I had the power button. All it needed to do is reinstall and they didn't even look at it. They just said no they can't fix it

Do NOT take your screens here for repair. I paid $140 for iPad screen repair and they did not fix it. They left a shadow of the outside of my daughter’s screen and when I requested for either partial refund or for it to be corrected owner refused.

It's too hard to get pricing. Better if we could actually talk to someone than having to wait for an email and all sorts of questions. Not convenient enough.
