Wow. Quoted a shifter repair for $800. Bought the new part on ebay for $18 and replaced it in literally less than 5 min. Where's the integrity there?!?!!

No corners were cut. 2013 Buick verano shifter knob button was broken. You quoted someone I know $800 to replace it. It was a $10 part (oem) with $8 shipping. You could have charged $100 and still made out great. You are the reason most people think mechanics are slimebags

The name says it all! I highly recommend this shop. Everyone is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My car is old and has a lot of wear on it. Other places have given me a story about repairs that made me feel less than confident and even like I was getting ripped off. Not here! These guys are honest and their work is wonderful and quick. I will continue to come here when I need repairs. Thank you all!

I couldn't emphasize enough how helpful, nice and courteous Integrity is. I had a very hellish two weeks dealing with two broken down vehicles and the staff here were so reliable and made the situation so much easier to handle. I'll never recommend another place to go other than here.

I would go here first, but if you question what another shop has told you, I’d suggest you go here for a second opinion.

I went in about a brake squeak and was told it would be $75 just for an inspection, not applied toward any service. 🚩 I decided not to proceed because it felt overpriced for a basic inspection. Some shops offer free brake inspections or apply the inspection fee toward the repair
Edit: I went next door to Mavis and they did the brake inspection for free.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very professional and polite. Took my car the very next morning because of predicted rain and got it back in 3 hours. No glass place would get it done for a week and I would have to buy the parts at the auto parts store! This shop is exceptional!!!!

I am very new to Savannah only here 3+ months and I needed a trustworthy place to go to check my car out (I drive A LOT) and my friend suggested Integrity.
I trust this friend and boom she is always on point. Integrity stands up to the name. Not only were the guys very kind and courteous. They were appropriately priced, not trying to upsell me on anything my vehicle didn't need. Service was exceptional and timely and I will only go to them while here.

Integrity auto has taken amazing care of our old, high mileage Toyota Highlander for the past 4 years. They have been fantastic! They are honest, they get the work done quickly and their pricing is always fair and reasonable. Cannot recommend them high enough!

They were very friendly and gave me a ballpark quote for my oil change, and it ended up being a little less than the lowest quote. They also text you a list of things that you want to be thinking about for future car maintenance complete with pictures. Then, they go over the most important ones to prioritize what needs to be done first so you can budget it. No pressure about having to do things right now like so many places do, and as a woman I really appreciated that. Thank you, Integrity!
