I will never ever do my taxes with jackson hewitt ever again. I was charged 511.95 filing with a w2 and claiming 1 dependent. Last year i was charged 354.95. The same forms were filed last year so nothing has changed. These people are a big rip off to the max . I feel cheated and im very unhappy and disappointed .

Margeret Steed was very professional in helping me with my tax refund. She made sure every detail was correct. One of the better jackson Hewitts i have been too. Def reccomend this place.
