The SNIPES staff greeted us as we entered the store. The person who assisted us was very kind and attentive. She didn’t seem bothered when we asked to see the backpacks some of which were spread out throughout the store on high display shelves. The store was clean and the staff were pleasant.

Rude staff, were no help. I’d recommend going to any other sneaker store at Oglethorpe.. just not this one.

Attempted to get someone's attention so I could make some shoe purchases. The employee the the entrance looked half asleep whole playing on his phone & the other two by the check out where talking & cutting up with each other. The only person I saw that seemed to actually be working rather than milking the clock was already helping two guys with shoes. Very disappointed in how potential customers are treated like a bother.

Jimmy Jazz sucks enough said!!! No reasonable returns or exchanges if you mistakenly order the wrong size of something. The supposedly customer support online and the in person store are both rude aaf! I WILL NEVER AT ALL COST ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN..?

Took my granddaughter there I thought she'd NEVER come out. I don't even want to know what took so long but she had a smile on her face when she did came out ☺️ ?

I am so disappointed in this store. I went to the store today to buy a pair of addidas that I thought were a good looking shoe. SO I picked up the shoe and with all the salesmen that were in the store non of them were helping people. I was in the store rolling around in my wheelchair and no one asked me did i want to try on the shoe. They were just amongst themselves talking to each other. I rolled around the store for 15 minutes with one shoe in my lap hoping someone would assist me. No one did. Not one. I'm disappointed that this retail store has so many associates but not any good customer service. So if this store is going to not have good customer service I can't shop there. I hate seeing a bunch of my people there but they aren't willing to help. Than why have the store open at all.

I am so disappointed in their customer service. I always loved Jimmy Jazz cause their shoes are special and different, their customer service is horrible!!! I went to this store twice and thought maybe it was just the staff!!! Oh no it's the same the next day but this time the store manager and sales rep. ignored just about everyone in the store!!! Two people walked out before we left! I even tried to see if picking up a shoe would work, but no nothing mine you the shoes cost 100 plus!!! So no will not go back to this store!!! If I could give it negative numbers I would!

They don't answer the phone. I've been calling since they opened at 11am it is now 6pm. I still haven't gotten through to anyone. Why have a phone if you're not going to answer?

Love it. Way different then the store in Brunswick, Ga. I like the way every thing is so findable.

I was trying to buy shorts to match a shirt I purchased earlier the told me they Required mask so I asked if they could provide one so I could make my purchase and they said they didn’t have any I walked out of the store and then watched him let two others in without mask. I felt discriminated against and was disappointed I wasn’t able to get my shorts

Seems Like Nobody Like Picking Up The Phone
