We had a great experience here when looking for my fiancé’s tux for the wedding. We ended up going with a dinner jacket that they recommended for the specific color we wanted. They also helped us get an account set up for the groomsmen!

I was trying to find a suit for a funeral a few months ago and the employees made me feel so isolated and depressed.I just felt that the service their was selective because when another customer came in they didn’t hesitate to help the distinguished whites guy.

Hot ?????...no Air conditioning. How can our wedding party get through a fitting in this sauna.. I would expect better from a high quality store like Jos A. Banks. This is my 3rd and last time visiting this store..

The service and knowledge at this location was incredible. Austin was on the ball from the get go. He helped me through the whole process and I can’t say enough good things about him. It is obvious that he takes his job very seriously. Also, everyone on staff was friendly and professional. It made the process of getting a groomsman suit very enjoyable and easy. I have shopped at multiple Jos A Banks stores and this is by far my favorite

I do not recommend Jos A Bank for tuxedo rental. After a very thorough measurement session, my husband placed an order for a tuxedo. He picked it up on time and we headed out of town. The jacket sleeves came down to the top of his fingers. The vest had adjustable elastic which was stretched out so far that I had to tie the ends together to take up some slack. The shirt was huge. The adjustable waist in the pants would not stay put and they kept coming loose. My husband wore the tux long enough for pictures, but was unable to dance in this tux due to the ill fit. He had to go change into a pair of khakis and a short sleeve shirt. NOT what we planned for my son's wedding.

Do not rent a tuxedo from them! My husband had a very thorough measuring session. It took about an hour (why???). He picked up the tux on the promised day and headed out of town. The shirt looked like a tent. The jacket sleeves came down to his fingers. The clips in the adjustable waist of the pants unhooked every time he moved. The adjustable elastic in the vest was so stretched out that I had to tie it together. This was for our sons wedding! He wore the tux long enough for pictures, but had to change into khakis and a casual shirt as his wardrobe choices were limited since we were out of town. You only get one chance at these kind of events.

This location should have a 5 star review! We got married in Savannah this past Friday 2/17 and Tay at this Jos A Banks saved the day MULTIPLE TIMES! He went beyond his expectations to make sure each guy's tux was the perfect fit. The seamstress (did not catch her name) also made sure my nephew pants were perfect before leaving the store- fixing them multiple times. This location was more than accommodating! Tay, thank you again!!!

Never bought a suit from Jos A Banks before but was really impressed with the quality for the price. Even more impressive was the salesman who helped us. I believe his name was Darius. He made the experience pretty fun. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and funny. I would go back if I needed a reasonably priced suit quickly.

Had a horrible experience with this team. While they were not the ones to order our suit(another store did) alterations were a struggle. We called multiple times they day the suit was supposed to be ready, they hung up on me twice and then told me the suit would be ready by end of day Monday. My fiancé showed up Tuesday afternoon and would be told the suit would not be ready until after 5:30. Strange because it was supposed to be ready yesterday. He tried it on and it was still massive. They didn’t even do anything with the sleeve and the jacket looks like a weight loss add. I’m so disappointed that we paid over $500 for a custom tailored fit suit for it to come out looking like we bought it off the rack. If it wasn’t for the fact that our wedding is literally in 10 days and that he got his name on the inside I wouldve asked for a full refund and gone somewhere else. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a large brand like this.

A great sale! 2 slacks and a dress shirt for $51. Wait did mention one slack needed a hem so $13 of my bill was for adding a hem.

What an absolute cluster$#@& operation. Unorganized, Rude, and Stupid. Bought a suit on August 28th, it needed the pants hemmed, given a date of Sept 6th for pick up. Drove an hour to get there on Sept 10th, treated like I didn't exist by a smart alert clerk. Finally another bigger smart@$$ offered to assist and couldn't find my suit, nor any record of it. 30 minutes passed of faux concern and looking for it. I finally left empty handed. They called me while driving one hour back to tell me that the salesman who sold it to me was terminated. To drive back and start over. The same salesman who was nice when I was there and marked the pants, placed tags on them, etc No thanks, refund my Credit Card. You have to come back for that. Nope. I'll call Amex. 11 days have passed, they had a sales charge, marked suit, and my contact info. Apparently the Manager is too stupid to call every order made by this salesperson and explain, too stupid to take responsibility for hiring this person or the rude jerks still working there. Thousands of dollars spent here, I'll never be back. Completely negative experience in everyday possible including calling customer service for 30 minutes, mostly on ignore, only to have those idiots connect my call back to the idiots at that same store. Just close already.
