I’m giving this place 5 stars.and I’ll explain why customer service at all time high from my review my husband was here shopping for his father funeral and I believe the kind gentleman that assisted him was Sam,He did such a awesome job with accommodating his requests. . I was beyond pleased and satisfied. . This was literally a one stop shop for the Hubby. . From the shoe’s, to his Suspenders, to the vest and shirt he purchased Sam helped him with every thing!! The hubby is a husky guy so they did have sizes of 3xl to fit him. . . If any one in the Savannah area I highly Recommend to those needing suits attire you won’t be disappointed! Oh their prices are reasonable!! Thanks again Sam you are a true Gem!!!

The online store absolutely ghosts you but takes your money. Tried for days to get a response via phone, email, and Facebook. Wound up having to do a chargeback. I wouldn’t trust any business owned by these people.

Had a wedding in 4 days and Sam got me into a beautiful suit in under an hour. Minor alterations completed in under 24 hrs. Sam was thorough, asked the right questions, and gave some fantastic advice and suggestions. Definitely a little pricy, but customer service was on point. Thanks, Sam! Will be coming back again!

Bought an item online. Their website said "15% off sitewide" and "free shipping over $49". I purchased a $199 item and got the appropriate discounts online. The store would not honor their price and fulfill the order and refunded my money rather than live up to what their website says. That is their option but should not advertise what don't intend to do. They were nice about it, just not honorable. The item was NOT listed as sold out as when I bought it online they showed 3 other colors sold out so I bought the color they had listed in stock. UPDATE from their follow up message. 1. Thanks for the information AFTER the transaction. An email as to what was going on would have been nice. There was no information from you until I posted a review 2. The website said it was in stock and processed my order - the fact that inventory systems are in error are not my problem. 3. I did say you were nice about the whole deal in upholding your obligations to refund me when you couldn't deliver. The issue is resolved. 4. things happen, we'll both move on

One of the best suit buying experiences ever! Our oldest is getting married and we wanted to make sure we got a suit that shows southern design, couture and the perfect suit for a father to walk his daughter down the aisle. The whole experience at Joseph's Clothiers was professional but it was like buying a suit from family. All around perfect experience and add that we were able to pick the suit up the next morning at 11am after being tailored so we could fly out in time makes it an overall singular experience!
