My child is a handful! But Ms. Kat and her staff are kind, caring, and compassionate. I value them, and I am thankful for all of the services they provide!

I have had the worst experience recently with this daycare center. They had a COVID outbreak recently (not my issue) I had my daughter tested twice and her doctor stated it was a faint line positive and she has no symptoms so it’s possible it can be a negative. I made the daycare aware and asked if I could take her elsewhere to be retested. They stated that was fine. I got her retested later that evening and it was negative. I brought her to the daycare following day and an hour later I received a call that my children were immediately being terminated because she COVID. When I went to the center the director/owner was very rude and somehow obtained the positive test from my daughters doctors office. I explained that I had made the center aware of that positive test and the circumstances with that test and was given permission to go get her retested. Her response was she didn’t know I meant the same day and proceeded to tell me that she will not discuss it further and my children had to leave. When I asked for a termination letter with the reasoning I was refused one with no explanation. Before this incident I didn’t have any issues with the center even though I have been forewarned by others about this facility.

All three of my kids go here, my youngest is two. Any time my kids had an incident or issue I was always notified. Ms. Iesha is great with kids and have had my son for over a yr. I fee like its all about communication and respect. Never ever had an issue from Ms. kathy nor anything staff. Absolute best daycare !

This daycare is trash. My son is 2. He was there for less than 3 days before he got his lip busted by a much older kid. I was not informed at all until I picked him up. No phone call, no photo…. Nothing or I would have got him immediately. They are trying to get me to pay two full weeks of daycare to unenroll since I didn’t give a 2 week notice and refusing to refund me for the other 4 days he wasn’t there this past week. This place should not be allowed to have any kids in the establishment.

These other young ladies ain't lying. This place is the worse. Just because they the only 24 hour they can treat people any kinda way. The first week my child started no one was in the office had to call the number on the window to get service. Then it was a 165 balance we had to pay bc of a 2.00 a min early drop fee.. how u 24 hours and have a early drop and late pick up fee. Then got charge 50 for riding in a lyft. My contract states 10 hours of paid daycare she says she only do 9 hours. Was being charged when caps.was/i s paying full tuitions. Then.got hit with a 40.00 late fee. So with in a matter of 2 weeks spent almost 300. She thew away my stroller saying they don't keep them on sight. BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY HAD TO MOVE AROUND WITH MY CHILD. THE LAST DAY I WENT TO GO PICK UP MY CHILD AND SHE.WAS JUST SITTIN IN THE.CRIB CRYING.!!!!!!!! AND THE STAFF HER DAUGHER TO BE EXACT WAS JUST STANDING THERE. THIS PLACE AINT RIGHT AND THE OWNER IS JUST RUDE. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND SAVE THE HEADACHE.. THERE IS A SEMI 24 HOUR ON DEREENE... MAY HAVE BETTER LUCK

Very pleased with classroom layouts and contact free sign in / out due to Covid. They teach about different cultures, and countries. Learning is hands on. It puts my mind at ease knowing when my child is picked up, that a full hot home cook meal was served. She introduces children to the different foods early, which prevents picky eating.

They are very unprofessional when it comes down to communication. They made their own policy about parking on the street which is $50. They don’t inform you when your child is being attack by other students. Please be really carefully of this daycare and make sure you do your research. They send your child home if they don’t have on the correct color. These are babies for God sake.

Some people care about kids and helping parents some just want to take your money. I believe I was over charged for my services, I never paid so much money in a week just for Ms.Kathy to say I still owe. Almost $400 a week for one child. I don’t know anyone that can afford that. When my daughter got sick she was very inconsiderate and tried to still charge me even after having the conversation with her. Some people are greedy and don’t care. She tried to send my balance to collections which I will be disputing because this is ridiculous. Since the first I came to the daycare the environment was on bout money and paying on time not even a through tour. Not to mention a little unorganized and trying to blame parents for missing sign in sheets. I get this is the only 24 hour care in Savannah but please do better.

Overpriced and neglectful. Went to pick up my month old son one night and heard him crying from outside the front door. I walk in, he’s just sitting in the swing crying. And believe me, he only cries if he’s wet, hungry, or sleepy. Not for no reason. The teacher says she doesn’t know what’s wrong with him or why he’s crying. But she clearly wasn’t trying to see what the cause was either. She was sitting down. Needless to say, that was the last night he went there. And the owner had the nerve to try and charge me for not giving a two week notice. Please. There is a semi 24hr daycare on Derenne. May have better luck there. Professionalism and kindness is important.

Great child care for my daughter, I’m always up to date on her daily activities. At first I was nervous when my daughter first started but Ms, Kat and the entire staff I’ve encountered are great with my daughter. Also the food omg, my daughter has had barbecue chicken , turkey wings, lasagna, and the list goes on. The food is cooked daily and you can smell the aroma outside lol. I wish I could give 10 stars

-Monitor them carefully. I can’t find them on the quality rated website- They don’t always wear masks in the facility. They kind of live there.-They closed for the time that I already paid a lot of money for.-Their parking lot is in need of serious maintenance.-They complained heavily about my happy go lucky son. Every time I picked him up he was hungry. No matter what time it was.- They didn’t assist me with getting him breakfast because the staff refused and insisted that breakfast stopped before it was actually time for breakfast to end.

There is so much to say about Kat's Little Angels! Ms. Kat and the teachers are amazing with the children, keep them safe and no doubt every child is an angle. My 3 year old always tells me "how sweet her teachers are to her". I know my baby is well cared for and preK ready! and after one year of this pandemic there have been no covid19 scares. Looooove love this daycare!!

They really care about your little one. They’re super nice and very helpful. My daughter loves being in Ms. Iesha’s class. My daughter’s currently potty training and having Ms. Iesha or others help out while my daughter’s at daycare/preschool it has really been amazing!
