As we entered the store and walked around the 3 girls just stood there and kept talking as we were not even there. Not one of them greeted us or asked us if we needed any help. We noticed others coming in were greeted and helped. Felt that the girls who worked on the afternoon of 12/22 thought that they were better than us. I did buy something and as we were walking out again neither of the 3 girls said anything to us. Very poor customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

My son works for Kendra so I like to visit other stores and give him feedback. I didn’t purchase anything today however Ashleigh was so wonderful that she made an impression on me. So much so that I wanted to write a review. She greeted me immediately from way back of the store with a smile walked up gave me the promotions asked if I was looking for anything specific. Then she gave me space to look around without hovering. To which she came back and made a personal connection with such genuine kindness. If you’re ever in Savannah make sure to stop in and ask for Ashleigh.

Very unpleasant experience. Upon entering the Savannah store I was ignored and not given a greeting. When other shoppers arrived they were very enthusiastic. If you are a person of color I would not recommend patronizing this establishment.

THE BEST KENDRA SCOTT!! We had a bachelorette party come in, we called ahead and they had a whole mimosas bar, muffins, and donuts! Amazing service and if everyone spent over $70 in total, the bride to be got a free gift! Would 10/10 recommend!

I've gotten so many great gifts for friends and family from the Savannah store of Kendra Scott! The staff couldn't be more helpful, the Color Bar was a fun way to individualize my gifts, and make sure my gifts were unique every time. Hannah knew about everything, and Brennan made sure that what I picked out worked with previous orders by friends and family. I cannot recommend this store more highly than saying that the customer service is 100%, the prices are legit, and the jewelry is gorgeous and customizable. Thanks to Hannah and Brennan for a WONDERFUL experience, and I'll be back for more when the new lines are available!

I recently stopped in to the savannah location to buy an Xmas present for my mother. An absolutely incredible sales team led by Ms. Ardeen helped me pick out the perfect gift. It was such a relief to have someone guide me through the craziness of Christmas shopping. Thank y’all so much, I will most definitely be back!

As a mother of two girls and one a teenager, I am a frequent shopper at the Savannah, GA store and we spare no expense. We buy it for ourselves and gifts for friends. That is now a thing of the past! I will NEVER return! My mother took advantage of the birthday discount and purchased a necklace. The stones keep flipping, therefore, she was not happy with it. When we returned to the store to either exchange it or get a store credit. They refused saying that items purchased with the birthday discount are final sale. Again, we were not asking to return-just simply exchange or get a credit for something at another time. I mentioned that it seems they should make customers aware that it is final sale. The manager said “it is on the receipt.” That is pointless since it is too late at that point. She went on to tell me that that are “supposed to mention it at point of sale.” I then told her that we have used the birthday discount on several occasions and have never been told it is final sale. Her response was “sorry about that.”Congratulations Kendra Scott-your terrible customer service just lost you a lot of business!!

The Kendra Scott store on Broughton Street was a full blown Pretty Woman scene today. (I am not speaking of the scene where Julia Robert's is being showered with attention. I am referring to the scene in which she is shunned from a store because she doesn't look like she belongs there.) There was no greeting from anyone, no smiles from anyone, and a very rude cashier that I experienced. When I chose a bracelet that was on sale (because it was actually what I was looking for), the cashier smirked at me and coldly informed me, "you know this is a final sale and cannot be returned." It was a statement and not a question. I worked in retail for over 10 years and have been in a customer service position for over 25 years. Even on my worst day I would have never behaved that way and even with the most inconsiderate and demanding clients, I would still smile. Needless to say I will no longer be shopping at this store and I am local to Savannah.

The young lady with long/medium dark hair helped me today (I hate I didn't catch her name) when I came in to see if anything could be done to help with the wear and tear on my necklace. She explained that it's replaceable within a year, however my necklace was well past that time frame. She still changed my chain entirely though for free because I explained I had stopped wearing it due to the chain wear. My necklace looks brand new and I can't wait to wear it again thanks to her!

Ordered a necklace for my daughter's birthday. They were to include a message. I received a pair of earrings, no message, and no invoice! And now they want me to print out a return label and drive to ups to send it back? With the non existent invoice apparently! Thanks! First and last purchase for me.
