I had a very good experience with kia country of Savanna First, I had a conversation with Miss Williams, which encouraged me to actually go through with coming down there to Kia. Then our sales guy was awesome. He helped me every step of the way and they actually found as a car within an hour of us being there. I encourage anybody even if you think your credit is too low to go down there they might have something for you that’s what Miss Williams told me and she was right.

Got a little confused about where to go due to construction but service was prompt and finished at the time they quoted. I didn’t get the cleaning service due to them being under construction, but otherwise a pleasant experience.

It really doesn’t matter I wanted my transmission fluid Ck , the guy said it has to have so many miles to have it checked . Ok, I asked for a reason . I’m a single female that will be traveling by myself for the Christmas holidays and it would have ease my mind . I drove a SUV but I have since changed my mind on that purchase. When I get ready to purchase a SUV I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will continue to have my Kia Optima service at Kia of Savannah.That nice guy SCUBA was Great ! but I want be buying from Kia anymore . Have a great day !

I just moved to Savannah (5 hrs from where I lived and purchased my vehicle) I called to schedule a appointment to have a diagnostic done on my 2024 Kia with 22k miles and was advised I could not be seen until January since I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealer.
The next dealer is 1.5 hours from me......
I have been pleased with my vehicle (Kia itself) but unpleased to know since I did not purchase my vehicle from this specific dealer that an appt for a diagnosis is pushed out 2 months.

Vehicle finished in good time. Service department under construction so Service writers were all jammed in a trailer. Check up was thorough.

Kia of Savannah is always amazing!🤩. Any car dealer can sells cars, but can they service them? The service department at Kia of Savannah is the best. It starts with the service desk where Zee is great, she greets you with a smile and always happy 😊 and alway accommodating, then there is Pat which is in the service where the actual work is performed, he is absolutely amazing 🤩. No matter what the problem is, they continue to work until the issue is resolved! I only buy Kia’s because of the service department! Can’t wait until Kia manufactures a completely self driving car, I will be the first to buy one!
