My experience was excellence at its highest!! Great staff, kind, professional, easy tax preparation (definitely for busy professionals) and all out a great experience. This was my first time using King Tax and they came highly recommended. It was my best tax experience yet. Everyone at King Tax is professional, kind, efficient and super knowledgeable!! The friendly and knowledgeable staff go out of their way to put you at ease, and their fees are very reasonable. Ms. Small is a delightful person, and is an expert with many, many years of experience. Everything was organized and ready when I arrived for my appointment. Their location is convenient with easy parking and the facility is very neat and clean.

I needed an amended 2021 GA tax return. The job was very simple. All that needed to be done was to correct one line on the return. I gave them all the documentation they needed. They never called back or returned calls, even though they said they would. It's two weeks later now and they've done nothing, so I'm dropping them. Don't waste your time with them. Note that they are only open on Tuesday during non-tax season. I don't know how they can stay in business. My job should have been a quick turn-around, easy money.
