Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the pharmacy, and on more than one occasion, but today was the final straw. Even though I had been in the drive through line before 1:00 (scheduled lunchtime for employees) when I got to the window for my turn, the older woman that was at the window looked at me, looked behind me to see if others were in line, and then completely walked away from the window without saying a word. A second employee came to the window and I was told I would have to come back after 1:30 when they returned for lunch. I transferred my family's prescriptions to CVS instead.

Some of the techs are friendly some are not but they do all try to get my meds cheap as possible

Absolute worst pharmacy. I didn't think it could get worse than Walgreens, but Kroger proved me wrong. My son and I have been trying to get our scripts here for about 3 months now and never ONCE have they had our medication ready when promised and it's always because of some problem that could almost always have been easily resolved if they would just call to explain the hold up. But they don't, so we show up expecting it to be ready and it's not. And most of the time it's like winning the lottery to even get an employee to answer the phone if we try to call in advance to be sure it's ready. I know this maybe has to do with staff shortages, so I'll go out of my way to drive to a pharmacy that pays their staff better and will probably have far less frustration. We already gave up on buying groceries at Kroger. Not like anything is ever in stock here anyhow.

The pharmacy gave us the wrong prescription for my child. Literally gave us something it wasn’t written for. Also not in the right dosage.
