Me and my family went to the produce aisle And we got a coconut and we opened it up when we got home and there was mold and we got raspberries. They tasted old and like dirt and we washed them like three times. And when to the little thing, we can get like fruit cups, and stuff I looked and one of the apples was moldy and had ants do not recommend this place. Only the service is nice.

As a frequent customer of the Kroger's on Mall Blvd., I enjoy my shopping experience each time. I generally can go to the aisle(s) and find the items I'm searching for. The baristas at Starbucks are quite familiar with my coffee order and prepares my beverage just right.

They're always out of something. I will say there are some nice cashiers, but it's sad that there are a group of five workers by the door talking and I have to bag my stuff myself Everytime. Please hire better employees.

I live this Kroger, and I always enjoy seeing my favorite CS person, Tracey, who monitors self-checkout. She is the best; she always helps and has the correct answers. FIVE STARS.

This is the second time I've had this happen to me at this location. I have reviewed this place via the receipt survey. They have roaches at the checkout. Unsanitary! The shopping experience is ok, but the roaches. I imagine everywhere else they could be.

I want to thank Mr. Sam for helping me and going beyond and helping me with a Instacart order I was shopping for, he said this is his first week of work! Keep up the great customer service Mr. Sam, Also, I want to thank Elijah for his determination to find me a product for a customer, because it wasn’t on the shelf, I don’t know where he got it from, but he came running with it after we had checked the cooler and it wasn’t there. Customer Service means a lot when you can’t find what you’re looking for! Keep up the great great work Mr. Sam & Elijah

2pm on a weekend, lines out into the isles. Only two registers open, employees standing around talking. Terrible, save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Very clean with lots of variety. They even have a clothing department. Also worth mentioning...... It's a great place to go p*** when in the area. Very clean.??

It’s a good grocery store that has plenty of variety. However I didn’t see many staff members so asking for help was not straightforward. Might have been due to the time as it was around 8pm. Overall not a bad store.

I never have issues with Kroger, at all. But yesterday was an absolute nightmare. There were 2 workers and 1 manager running store pick ups, but according to the working, the manager wasn't even bothering to help. Our pick up was for 5-6 PM, we got the notice at 4:30 it was ready(not automated btw). We get there at 5:30. First they could not find in, then they finally find it at 6:30 and told us it was 60% done. We had 0 update for an hour and a half and at 8 they told us, oh well, they weren't going to finish it. We could come in the morning if they wanted to make it. The original employee I guess had left at this point, and this new employee tried to lie and said he called my number, when I asked to confirm the number he dialed, he refused and tried to walk away. I asked if he could at least get his manager. When the manager came, he refused to make eye contact, shrugged and just fully walked away mid conversation. I had just the 100 in my account, A refund takes 7-10 days and I do not have enough to get back out here in the morning for a "MIGHT make it" situation. It's incredibly unproffesional. I can get understaff, but manager is just chilling there on his phone doing nothing. Help your staff and don't be rude to customers. He refused to even cancel it so now my money is just in limbo.

I picked up light mayonnaise instead of regular mayonnaise when it was on sale. Then later in the week I tried to exchange the light for regular and the customer service manager(Allison) insisted to charge me regular price & not just let me swap. There was no explanation or discussion with me. I got my money back and no Mayo. She was not very nice about it either. I left the store very upset. This is poor business practice.

I've been shopping at this location for a long time (before the renovation). Just this morning it occurred to me how much I take it for granted. They always have it stocked up first thing in the morning. Great selection. Employees are friendly and happy to help. I appreciate it!

I never really have a problem at this location except today I was with my daughter getting groceries this morning and stopped at the seafood counter. 2 employees were at arms length from me and never acknowledged me as I stood there waiting to be helped. After I just walked away the employee decides to stop stocking and go behind the counter to the back!!!
