Ever since Harrison Yates became the store manager, the store has really gone downhill. The shelves are always empty, products always in the wrong place, and the employees all seem depressed. He seems like the type to always micro manage just so that he can take vacation. Bring Crystal back or let Mr. Williams or Mr. Jeremiah run the store.

I live on Wilmington Island. I drive far out of my way to shop at this store. Whether it's Assistant Managers like Jeremiah getting on the floor to ensure products are in their correct place, or cashier's like Glenn running out the door to catch the customer who left a bag behind. This is a great store. Everything is very fresh compared to the shit hole on Wilmington Island.

Unbelievable!!! I'm a long time customer and just went in this evening to get cash at the customer service desk and she said she was on break!!!! R u kidding me...I wanted $100 cash and they refused to give it to me!!! WTH????? I WILL NO LONGER shop here and will b pulling my prescriptions from the pharmacy...very rude

STOP changing the store around!! I was there for 30 minutes and couldn't find what I needed so I left what I was able to find and walked out....no reason to go back

i usually love this store and never have any issues and the staff are polite, i’ve worked in grocery retail and customer service so i go out of my way to not make anyone’s day or jobs harder, that being said, we showed up at 8pm, 3 hours before the kroger on diamond causeway closes, so i’m not sure what the issue is, but multiple members of the staff were very rude to us, not letting us use self checkout, and when my friend went to put something back they rashly and quickly asked if we had paid for it yet, so some advice to that kroger staff, if we had been stealing or any type of thief at all like you profiled us to be, you wouldn’t have had a good grasp on the situation. time to do some shrink and loss prevention training for the store.

I just left Kroger and let me tell y’all the bagger named Gabe was so friendly and sweet. He made up for the cashier who was rude and didn’t say anything. He would fire up a conversation at any time he made sure my groceries were properly placed in the buggy so nothing would become damaged and it was like the cashier was nonexistent.

While kroger is my preferred grocery store, it's extremely tight aisles at this location, they never have in stock Crush zero sugar even though they're supposed to carry it & nobody here knows how to bag groceries properly! If I bring in my own bags & I have the insulation bags, you're supposed to use those for cold items! Instead today you thought it was smart to put 2bags of apples & 2bags of chips together in my cold bag? & my cold items (cheese, lunch meat, frozen pizzas) in my regular bags. This is the 5th time I've been here & every time my groceries aren't bagged properly, last time apples were put in with bread & canned veggies ontop of my eggs! & people get mad there's too many self checkout stations, well I can see why! & I'll be using them from now on.
