The Kroger on Wilmington Island is always out of a lot of things so be prepared that you will most likely be going to two different grocery stores. Therefore, if you want a one stop shop it saddens me to say but you’re better off going to Publix on Whitemarsh or Wilmington Island.

The deli is fire and the burrito bowls are maybe the best for the cost and portion. The chicken sandwich is also dope and the bakery is a great follow up for dessert!

Horrible customer service! No sense of customer service skills from the cashier nor management. On top of their poor skills, guests waiting in line and the manager and cashier both took a phone call before acknowledging the guests waiting in line. Very disappointing for a large chain store.

Be prepared to either use the self checkout or wait in a long line and still bag your own groceries. The cashier we had today had a horrible attitude, and continously ran the belt so that our fruit and everything got squished. The store was messy, aisles were crowded, there were 2 registers open on a Saturday and 1 bagger. After finally getting out we realize she sold us firewood (you grab on the way out) and they had none, so back in to wait in another line. Worst experience in a grocery store ever. Publix from here on out

I've never been to a Kroger but I hear about it a lot since I listen to Country music. We were actually looking for a Starbucks and Google Map took us here. While my wife and friends ordered the coffee I decided to browse a little past the Starbucks and would you look at that, a bar with some TVs which I thought was supppppeeerrrr cool. I decided to stop by the deli and grab some fried chicken since I wanted to see how it compare to Publix. Chicken was alright nothing special. I used the self checkout and the employee that was stationed there was friendly. No complaints except the deli could have provided napkins.

I came into this Kroger location a couple of times while staying on Tybee Island. This Kroger is not on the island but located on Johnny Mercer before you get on the causeway leading you to Tybee. It was a great grocery store to stock up on breakfast items for our airbnb.Without getting too deep into what I purchased, this grocery store had everything I needed from fresh produce to a bottle of wine for a birthday gift. The store was well organized, friendly, clean and had plenty of open registers. This Kroger is where you want to shop if staying on Tybee Island or in the neighboring community.

A review for the click-list specifically (the store itself is nice) : don't do it here unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time. When I went to pick up my order they informed me that it was not ready and would not be ready until tomorrow. I accepted and rescheduled the same pickup for the next day at 6 pm. Got there the next day and they said it still would not be ready for yet another day. And this is with One other person waiting in the click-list parking spots. I understand being busy and have worked in retail before but that kind of service is just disappointing.

This location has been renovated in recent years and they maintain it nicely. This is the first time at any Kroger where I could clearly find the items on sale from their circular. Today it was the ribeye steak special. I have to give a shout out to William from the meat section because when I asked for help, he stopped stocking and took care of me. In fact, after a few minutes another clerk stopped by to ask if I needed help (Other Kroger stores take note). Aisles are easy to navigate. They have fresh produce, but it was the only section that felt a bit cramped and not as big a selection as I would like. The parking is plentiful but the lanes are a bit tight. However, the positives outweigh these issues.

No more sales, no senior shopping, pickup & delivery charges, isles clogged and messy. Services were pour a month ago, and they are now considerably worse. Sad

This review is for the Click it list pickup situation. HOLY F***, seriously? I've never had an issue but this is the second time in a row that I've had to wait on a spot, once in the spot I have to wait and wait and wait on them to get my groceries out. Apparently they have one person delivering out. But this man walks around to each car to apologize...I'm thinking to myself ""GET IN THERE AND HELP HER INSTEAD OF COMING TO APOLOGIZE" Jesus. That's great leadership dude.
