I refuse to go anywhere else in Savannah but this salon! The ladies are so sweet, so kind and they really take care of you. They are extremely professional, clean and so welcoming to their customers. I love LA Nails!!

I've been going to L.A. Nails for 15 years. And they are the best! Family owned by the sweetest family. Ny is my favorite nail tech ever but all her sisters are wonderful. I never go anywhere else. Love L.A. Nails, I've never had a bad experience and they truly take their time to give the best, quality manicures and pedicures.

I requested that my nail technician changed her gloves after assisting another customer and she got mad. I could not believe it. I should not have had to ask her. This is unhealthy, unsantinary and disrespectful. The technician starting speaking in her native language to her co-workers loudly that I /and everyone else didn't understand whatever was being said. She even refused to complete my polish change on my toes. I told her it would be like asking me to put my feet in water that she had already use with another customer. She ask me to leave and I did .. I will never return. I have been to this establishment for many years however the customer service has seriously declined. This is not the first incident. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Wow I cannot believe her.

Came from out of town. Everyone is very friendly. I got the Deluxe pedicure. Vin noticed I had a cracked nail and fixed it with no extra charge. Highly recommend.

I have been a client here for almost two years, and am pleased overall with each of the women who have given my manicures/pedicures. They are polite, friendly, thorough and know their work. My nails have never looked so good, and I leave each appointment knowing they will last until the next one. I try to keep on a regular two week schedule. The salon is clean, the techs are happy in their work and I have referred friends. 5 Stars all the way.

When l enter l was told to have a sit..someone will be with you, so I sat down and began to wait.. waited for a whole total 30 minutes... Then two Caucasian women came in they were greeted at the door, and walked around like they knew what kind of establishment was being ran here, so I spoke up and said well I've been waiting for 30 minutes to let her know that they weren't going to rush up here and get you and see you before me and then the owner of the nail shop decided she would acknowledge me. all of a sudden they can move faster than.. will never return to this nail shop it seems like it's a learned behavior.. black people are their biggest supporters and to get the level of treatment that they showed me they will never get my business again. Wakeup African Americans

Yen did the best job on my nails, even though I was in a rush. They are perfect, not too thick, not seperating from my natural nail or anything. I have never had someone do such a great job, they are so neat and clean. Shes a perfectionist and I can't wait to go back. Normally I'd be over due for a manicure by now but they still look so good!

Honestly best nail shop in the city I get exactly what I ask for and it's cleaner than any shop I've been to in town. I often get infection when I get pedicures but that has never happened here because I can tell they take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously 5 ⭐s

The entire staff is good! However, kudos to Ms. Helen, she's the BEST!! Her weekends are super busy. I recommend that you go during the week day when it is not so busy.
