My regular nail tech Iris, whom I was able to schedule a ssme dsy appointment for today for my granddaughter. It wasn't a long process trying to catch up with my girl, she stays busy but was able to get us in abd out. Shr got a mani, french tip with nude pink and a bow for each hand. I love how that color popped. She was very careful and did a very good job on what I asked of her. She was very patient and did a good job. Both mygrsbd abd I nail colors. She always gets me right, so I knew she would get her right!. That's my girl 👧

I visited Legacy Nail Salon in Savannah, GA today as a walk-in for a gel manicure and pedicure. During the service, I wasn’t able to communicate with the nail techs because she didn’t speak English, and I wasn’t given any information about the products being used. Shortly after leaving, I experienced a burning sensation in my natural nails that later turned into ongoing pain. I’ve had gel nails done many times before and have never experienced anything like this.
I’m now very concerned about the safety of the products or techniques used. I’ve reached out privately to the salon to get clarity on what was applied, but I’m leaving this review to alert others to be cautious—especially if you have sensitive nails or are concerned about product safety. I hope this salon takes steps to ensure customers are fully informed and protected during services.

I recommend not to go here…. I’ve never came into this place with an attitude, two weeks ago a female was doing my nails and she was putting the acrylic on their too thick. I politely told her that was way too thick. She had a major attitude then started talking to another coworker in their language about me. Within a week, one of my nails came clean off! I’ve been having problems with this location for a while now. I’ve been nothing but polite to those people and they have a major problem with Pulling your arm While doing your nails or messing your nail set That doesn’t last a week. I only went to this place because it was a last-minute need for my nails to be done. But I don’t care if I need it done at the last minute anymore I won’t just won’t have it done if push come to shove. Take my advice and do not waste your money on this place. Go to your regular nail salon.

The tools aren’t sterilized or opened in front of you. They bring out their own buckets of tools and reuse tools. The girl kept digging and digging at the same spot and I now have an infection on one of my toes from a pedicure.

Very dissatisfied with my 15 minute gel polish pedicure. Service completely rushed. Stylist nipped my skin because of how fast she was doing my service. I asked her why is she going so fast and she said because I was getting a regular pedicure. Understandably so, but 15 minutes is absurd! I was tempted to tip her $0 dollars but went against but I did make sure to stress to her my dissatisfaction and for to slow down, because had she actually cut my skin, we would have had a big problem. I should have went Lovely Nails on Abercorn like I usually do, they have stellar customer service.

This nail salon was recommended to me by my daughter. My experience there was not great. I had to ask the nail tech to fix the polish on my toes. Of course they spoke in their language when I asked for the correction. I would not recommend this place.

I visited this nail salon with a friend for pedicures about a month ago, and we had such a great experience that I couldn’t resist coming back! This time, I went for a manicure, but ended up treating myself to a mani-pedi – why not, right? My nail tech, Iris, was fantastic. She was not only skilled but also great to chat with, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend!
EDIT: pictures are of my second manicure with Iris.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is by far the most unprofessional establishment I've ever encountered. The staff is rude and tends to rush through services, especially as closing time approaches. I had a technician refuse to complete my fill-in, insisting I needed a full set instead, even though none of my nails were lifting. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for another technician to finish my fill-in. While the prices are reasonable, the service quality is terribly lacking. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually takes their time and values their customers.

I would give this nail salon a negative five stars if possible. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff were consistently rude and impatient.
Furthermore, I found their pricing to be unfair and excessive. Prices varied significantly from one day to the next, with no apparent rhyme or reason. For example, I was charged $20 for a service one day, only to be charged $40 for the same service the next day.
It's clear that the salon prioritizes making a profit over providing quality customer service.

A great place to be able to walk in to! Especially during the day. I would highly recommend booking ahead for an artist if you have an intricate design - Anthony is really great! They listen to you, so make sure you use your voice in telling them exactly what you want!
They have a wide variety of chrome powders and options for gemstones.
Pedi for the second tier is $40/$60. My nails are usually around $70-$100 based on how intricate my design is.

I was a walk in and they were able to service me immediately. I get a pedicure and full set on my feet as well as hands and they executed it beautifully. Both technicians were super sweet and attentive. This was my first time visiting and I definitely will be back. 💕

I visit this nail salon often to get my toes done, and lately I have been getting nails done as well( twice). On yesterday the nail tech that I OFTEN see was off. The lady that did my nails did a horrible job to the point you can see the bubbles in the nail polish, also not to mention how one of my nails was slightly coming off after 24 hours. AMY IS THE BEST NAIL TECH IN THERE.
