Levy Jewelers or Levy's as called by the locals in Savannah has been a mainstay since I was born and they have have established themselves long before I was born. It would be understandable that they were my first stop in shopping for the perfect gift. Well, last Saturday I decided to pay them a visit. When I walked into the store there were three salespeople standing by chatting to each other which was fine because I was the only one who had walked into the store and no other customers were there at that time. Two of the salespeople saw me, but did not acknowledge me; however, the third person, David immediately greeted me and disconnected himself from the group to warmly welcome me. As I gazed into a few cases, I could see David positioning himself to grab keys while he exchanged some light banter with me. All of this was something that I really appreciated. As he took out a few pieces from the case, I felt as if David had the patience and attention of someone who truly cared about me and my business despite whether or not he knew or believed that I could either afford or would buy anything in that store. This would probably seem like a strange concept for some people; however, I have experienced treatment like that in more times than I care to explain. Yet, David was gracious. I told him that I wanted to check a couple of places before I made my decision. David did not seem annoyed nor did he give me any indication that made me feel as if I had wasted his time. He gave me his card and thanked me for coming to visit. After comparing the quality and price of one other place, I called David to ask him if that piece of jewelry was still available. I asked him to pull them aside and yesterday I returned to make that purchase. Ironically, the other two sales people who were in the store during my first visit was there to witness me paying for the items they probably thought I never would. If ever you are in the market to buy jewelry, go see David at the mall location.

I walked in and was helped immediately. I asked if they could take a link out of my watch band that I bought on Etsy. She took me right to the repairman, who immediately stopped what he was doing and fixed it for me. She said, "What's the charge?" He said, "No charge." She said, "As usual." Best jewelry experience ever! Thanks to you both! Don't hesitate to go to this jeweler.

I visited the store only to have my watch resized which required a few links to be removed. Unfortunately, the sales lady felt she had to conduct an interrogation regarding where I purchased my watch. As if, because I didn’t purchase it from them my watch was less then. Perhaps their sign should read watch repair only for merchandise purchased at Levy.

We bought my wedding band from levy jewelers in June or July of 2020 for our wedding in October of that year. About six months after purchasing the ring a small diamond fell out, which they replaced. Over the span of two years, a total of six diamonds fell out of my wedding band. I showed a great deal of concern after the fourth lost diamond, I was instructed by the jewelers to wear my wedding band as a "dress piece". Not to wear the ring to bed, to work, or to "fold laundry in because it could snag a diamond out". It seemed extensive considering it was my wedding band and not a "dress piece", but I did as I was instructed and for quite some time managed to not lose another diamond. Over labor day, I noticed another diamond had been lost. I was informed by Levy that not only would the diamond need to be replaced but twenty of the rings prongs would also need to be replaced totaling out to almost $600. In the multiple times that my ring had been worked on I was never told once that my prongs needed replacing. I've been to Levy jewelers many times and I have never seen the same ring design in the show case. To have a ring for under two years with that many complications I truly believe they sold me a faulty ring and that they do not stand behind their products. I love my wedding band but will not spend another dime in Levy jewelers or on the Henry Daussi brand.

Jackie B went Above andBeyond anything we would expect from a jeweler to help me discover my preferences for a ring setting. Jackie knew I was from out of town and my purchase would be made elsewhere however that did not change how amazing she was. Fun also!Thank you again Jackie and we will certainly come back to visit your store when in the area again.Patty & Don from Chicago

I had great service for a special gift I was having repaired for my son's birthday. I was so happy that Levy's was able to place a new watch band on my son's watch he owned. My son had past in 2014 and I was giving my son his brothers watch. Everything was ok until I came over the next day to hear my son say he put the watch on only to have the band break. I wasn't so happy with my service of Levy's then.?

Levy Jewelers is a long time, tried and true Savannah jeweler. Through the years I've purchased lovely gifts here, had jewelry repairs made and my engagement ring was purchased at Levy's! Today, I stopped by to look at their John Hardy collection. I love made-by-hand John Hardy jewelry! The low inventory and not very helpful salesman had me in and out in a snap. I understand the low inventory. The salesman could have offered ordering the piece I was asking about/checking the downtown flagship location for the product/allowing me to look at want was available, but no customer service offered.

Do not purchase from these people. Do not drop jewelry off. They cannot be trusted and this rolls all the way up to the CEO, Lowell Kronowitz. We dropped off a $3,500 watch to be repaired. For months they would not give us an update. Only under the threat of calling the police did they tell us they lost the watch and would try to find it but it was not their fault. They blamed Fedex.
