This is the worst lowes I've been in customer service wise. Came to try and buy a $600 grill and it seems like nobody wants to sell one. Maybe that's why they have so many in stock. Had to talk to 3 employees to find the person who works in the grilling section because the other employees cannot touch grills i guess. The woman comes over after 30 minutes. Goes in the back to get the grill for 10 minutes than comes back and asked if i wanted the grill today. I said yes (wouldn't someone specify before she went in the back?) then she says she has to find someone else to get it. The whole expiry took about an hour and 15 minutes. Will never come back to this lowes again. Would rather wait 3 days for my regular store to get an item in stock.

I hope the region manager sees this. This is the one and only detailed review I've written. We came to return the wrong pump from your store and it came in the same packaging it came with. The box intact, in the plastic, instructions. EVERYTHING.That should've told you we had not used it and it was in like new condition. To the STORE MANAGER of this branch. Shame on you. Your job is to "provide drive positive customer experiences, sales, and margin performance"... All of which you failed to provide. If you can't do that then Your non ofe your employees have knowledge of Lowe's return policy other than we cannot accept the item after the 90 days. They are a reflection of you. Instead of driving sales and upselling and assisting us to getting the customer the product we needed you treated us with racism and a condescending attitude and drove us out like we were ignorant because we were Hispanic. We told you you could change or work around the policy as you know "the 90 day return policy is only a standard lowes policy" and can be changed "to the discretion of the store manager".... you knew you could've provided us with a different product for the same or higher price and even created a lowes credit account. It wouldn't matter what day of the year it was. I could them return in or after 365 days with a lowes credit card. Or with store credit i could exchange it with or no receipt. You're a poor example of leadership and should be relieved of your position for telling us to go to the pooler store. Not only did you basically laughed in front of other customers when we told you we wouldn't come back. you missed a chance to teach your employees about company policy. It shows more about your lack of knowledge and leadership skills as a manager and SHOULD BE RELIEVED. At least disciplined with no pay and leadership seminars for you and the store. After all youre a result what happens when a company hires an incompetent individual with no real discernment or concern for company policy. That much is true, we told you to please help us and that the product was basically new. Were a pool company and this hurricane drove us to suddenly need this pump and drain the pools only to find out it doesnt drain water as fast as needed.

I have always been a Lowe's man. Since moving here, this Lowe's has become my go-to Lowe's. Im a little pant guy and I like their selection of plants and pots. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, too. I'm looking to purchase a home soon and buying appliances can b exhausting with research and planning. JT tends to be working every time I go in helps me out with whatever I'm looking for and gives me explanations on why I should get "this over that". Above and beyond service!

Went to this store shopping for a new washer and dryer. Was greeted by JT. He made the entire experience great! He told me it would be delivered on Sunday, it was Friday at the time. Later that day, I got an email saying the delivery date was changed to March 7. I called the delivery number to ask why. I was told to call the store. I instead went back to the store and talked to JT again. He looked on the computer and didn't see a reason why the order was changed, so he called the delivery warehouse to find out why. No one at delivery was able to tell him why it was changed. While he was getting on them for changing with no reason, I get an email saying it has been changed back to the original date. The next day delivery was made and they were earlier than the window that was confirmed. JT made all of this happen by being persistent! This was a great buying experience, especially after a competitor took my money and waited until the day before delivery to tell me it was on back order. Lowe's is my new go to home improvement store!

BEWARE! Complete incompetence if you purchase any appliance or any service. Lowes will have you deal with a second and third party that calls themselves Lowes and when something goes awry " we are not Lowes, we are a vendor ." Eric Hein the manager has failed to be at his store despite my 7 visits to the store to attempt to straighten out huge errors on their end. Eric must be in perpetual vacation as he is never present to manage the business. Even their delivery service personnel who have been to my home 4 times speak of how horrible Lowes is. No one will take responsibility. Thankfully I have returned both washer and dryer. Both were picked up but only one credited. The service desk returned me to the third party vendor to investigate where my refund is and I was instructed no need to come back to the store. I would not buy a roll of toilet paper from Lowes. Despicable .

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered two sets of wicker rocking chairs (4 chairs in total - 2 per box). Since I wasn't sure if both boxes would fit in my SUV, I decided to pay for delivery $79. Given that I was having things delivered, I also added 2 bales of pinestraw and 20 rocks to the order. (These would have easily fit in the rear of my car, and I've purchased these items before without having them delivered.) The order was supposed to arrive on Sept 23, but after multiple delays, it was finally delivered on Oct 18. One of the chair boxes was mangled, a gaping hole down the corner, wrapped in extra clear tape...obviously it had been previously opened. Not to my surprise the assembly hardware was missing. I called Savannah Lowes and they said I had to bring it to the store to return it. Very frustrating. I checked online and they didn't have anymore in stock, so I loaded both boxes into my SUV. Yes they fit once I folded down the rear seats, but when I originally ordered, I had no idea how big the boxes were and if they would fit. I requested a refund for the chairs as well as the delivery fee. Lowes would not refund the delivery fee, because they said it was a special order as evidenced by a yellow sticker on one of the boxes (the mangled one). Problem is, it wasn't a special order. Nothing on my invoice states that it was a special order. I ordered these items because their website stated that they had these items in stock. Plus, in my excitement at getting new chairs, I took a screenshot of the chairs on the day that I ordered them to show my son the purchase. Nothing on the screenshot states that it was a special order. The customer service rep stated that they are only responsible for the delivery, and once they have delivered an item(s), they have fulfilled their obligation to the customer. Basically, if they deliver anything...right, wrong, damaged, etc. they will not refund a delivery fee. Also, to note, these items were listed as Lowes Exclusives. I don't know what that means, but I don't take that to mean it's a special order. So, I'm out $79 for a few rocks and pine straw that would easily fit in my trunk and cost less than $50. Doesn't seem fair.

I'm inexplicably displeased with the wait time of 1 hour 30 minutes to have a question answered over the phone before driving to this location. There's no excuse for hanging up on a customer twice and calling three times before finally being given a response. The first time I called I asked about speaking with the lawn and garden department. I waited 30 minutes. I was hung up on. Called back a second time and asked to speak to a manager. Same result, waited 30 minutes and was hung up on. Called back a third time waited 30 minutes again when the manager finally answered I expressed that I'd been waiting for a MANAGER in the previous call and a total time of now 1hr30min. He walked to the lawn and garden department and asked the associate's who were working in that department who could have answered the call in the first place. May be Home Depot would give me better service!!!! By the way, after waiting all that time the answer was no we do not carry that...? It would have been ALMOST worth it if they even had the item I was looking for.

The lady at customer service on 5/25 at 7:00 pm was extremely rude and disrespectful. Overlooking her attitude we attempted to obey her strange demands and then yelled at us for doing exactly as she instructed. The manager was called and informed us that she has already had several complaints including one earlier this week. The service in general at this location has deteriorated drastically over the last year. It's difficult to find anyone to help you let alone act as if they even want to help you. Our account with Lowes, that we've spent tens of thousands of dollars worth of supplies with has been closed. I recommend doing business elsewhere.

I have come to this location multiple times this week and waited around for 45-60 mins with no help each time . I called prior to going and was told that they could not help me via phone and that I'd have to come in person (which I did) and no one was available at the desk. This evening I called again and the staff told me that the representative I needed was there until 9pm, I drove out after work and again, no body was around. I rang the help bell located by the desk 4-6x with nothing. I get COVID, I get everyone's busy but do not tell me to come in and waste MY time prior to checking. Very disappointed with this place.

I've never been in a hardware store with such bad service. We went there for a gas range stove, needing someone to install it. We were told the installer would contact us within two days. Two business days later, nothing. We went back to the store and asked, they said they'd leave a message for the installer to contact us. Two more days and nothing. I called them. Told me similarly, they left the installer a voicemail and sent them an email. Now more than a week from the time we placed the order...still nothing. I called back, was on hold for twenty minutes, and eventually the call disconnected. This is the first and last time I ever buy an appliance here.

I had a terrible experience with customer care today. The older woman that works in Tools, (Lovely?) couldn't have been more rude. All she had to offer was attitude and rudeness.. go work somewhere where you don't deal with people, please!! If it weren't for everyone else in the store who was friendly, I would have left right away. I want her to get the attention she deserves. If that's not her name, please correct me. If that's her name, there was nothing lovely about her.

Okay, many of us enjoy this time of year because we like to be out doors, golfing, cookouts, or just planting a veg garden. So like some of you i enjoy my veg garden. So it seems that some of the veggies we plant need to be in the ground at different times of the year. I am no way an expert at gardening, but I do have some experience. But I was taken back a few weeks ago when a few of the broccoli plants were growing what appeared to be long weeds. So I took some pictures and show them to the personnel at lowes garden center, in south side savannah. To my surprise they did not have a true definition of my problem. So I did the next best thing. Got in touch with Bonnie, the company that supplies its plants to Lowes, Home Depot. Well the person I spoke with informed me that the plant was "bolting". This means in so many words the plant is reseeding. Not going to produce because broccoli is a cool weather crop. Wow! It sure would have been nice to know that from the beginning. Plus why is Bonnie and lowes allowing this plant to be sold in our HOT climate? Lowes could not or would not do anything for me. After several correspondence with Bonnie I asked if they would compensate me for my loss? They did send me a voucher for the cost of six plants to be redeemed at Lowes or Home depot. Which is the right thing to do. So in closing, next time you purchase any plants from either store, do your home work. Because the sale is all that matters. I have since found a local establishment which have true experts on informing you the customer on the do's and don't. Enjoy the day. P.S Lowes is still selling this plant in June when we have very high temps.

I went to Lowes Abercorn to get a door I had seen on their Website and was told by an Employee to go to the back by doors and ask for Darrell. I went but Darrell was already gone but the Clerk told me to go to Customer Service and they could help me. I went there and the young lady was trying to help me and a super rude I assume Manager yelled at me and said she told me I had to wait for Darrell and she had already told me that which she didn't. I yelled back at her and told her I had never met anyone as rude and unprofessional as her. I left and came back 2 days later and asked for Darrell and he wasn't there again but Lou was and he was very helpful just like everyone else in the past. I've been a Client of Lowes for years. I got the door that Lou recommended and it was easy for Lou to carry it with one hand but my Worker had trouble with it because it was heavy so he had a friend help him with it but it did the job and looks great. Thanks Lou for everything.

It's awesome that Lowe's offers curbside pickup. I just hope you aren't in a hurry. They could definitely take notes from target. I've so far picked up three orders from Lowe's, 2 of which have taken in excess of 40 minutes to pick up. And if you're waiting for a pickup order and you get the great idea to call inside for additions assistance as the sign suggests... brace yourself because it appears that nobody inside has a clue what is going on not do that give a crap. Seriously some of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced.
