Just got my lashes done yesterday and paid 50$ , when to take a shower and didn’t wash my face and my lashes started coming off . Waste of time and money! Do not go here!

So many things went wrong on my first visit here. It immediately felt humid and smells like sitting food when you walk in. I showed the guy a reference picture of a design of which the guy came nowhere close. All the tools look used and uncleaned which is a big trigger for me but you don’t want sound like a Karen for pointing it out. I guess that’s my fault since I didn’t speak up at the time. He never asked what color powder I’d like the base of my nail to be, he just pulled out one and started which didn’t match the reference pic. And THEN when he did that the smell of either the AC or the brush he pulled out smelt straight like wet mop. It was so bad! Here’s the scary part, when he started to apply the acrylic on my fingers one finger after the other started to sting and was warm to the touch. I had to ask him to stop mid-session. What was worrisome for me was that he already had a spray bottle on standby to cool my fingers down as if this happens all the time. Before I explained what was happening he was grabbing for it. Keep in mind I AM NOT ALLERGIC to acrylic. I’ve gotten my nails done plenty of times and this is the very first time this has ever happened. He never asked if I’d liked the way he was doing my nails or if it was to my liking. THEN I came back 2 days later to ask if they could do something about my nails since they started aching afterwards. My nails are ACTIVELY HURTING AS I TYPE THIS. I told them this when I came back and the guy regardless of being able to speak English did not approach me, the lady that was next to me doing nails came up to me and was speaking on his behalf. I’m not yelling, angry, loud. Just trying to tell me them what I’ve been experiencing since coming into their shop. She made all kinds of excuses. I asked her if she heard me when I told him that my nails were burning. She said yes, but said it’s due to thin nail beds 😑 I simply asked her after that if there was anything we could do due to me not liking my nails and experiencing pain, she said no. I said thank you and I left out the store. Also THE SAME LADY was doing her toes and when a customer came in she went straight to working on their hands which I thought was really unsanitary. I will never go back, please use your discernment before coming here. Look at all the one star reviews (which I didn’t do). Now I’m leaving one.

I gave 2 stars because it was a major disappointment especially for it being my first time here. I felt the worker was rushing and she also cut my finger a bit while cutting the nail. If she needed to see the inspiration pic, she couldve asked. My nails came out chunky and not even that square. Thanks for ruining my prom nails. I got my service done on may 9th.

Today was my 3rd visit each time I went things were bad. But today was terrible I’m a firm believer in second chances but 3 times is a little to many. I would never go again and when I said that they didn’t care. They need to train the pedi ladies to stop cutting people and having a attitude when you say something, when someone ask for something on there nails don’t do what you want because it’s convenient for you.Services: Nail painting

They had a little bit of a wait when I went but that's no big deal. The nails are quite nice and have lasted me a good amount of time, and for a fair price. Can't complain. Good service.Service: Acrylic nails

I was charge $90 for some basic nails and natural lashes…they basically tip themselves without you giving it to them….they are very rude to their customers and they talks about their customers in their language especially the owner sister… she is very mean and rude… And they don’t know how to do designs, they give you stickers on your nails for designs…. Avoid this place….Services: Gel manicures
