Looking at the “ Large” Fries I ordered, you would think this was a joke. I recently visited this McDonald's, enticed by the promise of a quick, satisfying meal, only to be met with a rather disappointing experience. I opted for a large meal, expecting a generous helping of their famed fries. To my dismay, what I received was a portion that seemed to mock the very definition of 'large' - a few scanty fries lost within an oversized container. It felt as if they had given me a visual illusion rather than a meal upgrade. Paying extra for a 'large' that was effectively 'small' left me feeling short-changed. This isn't the value or the experience I've come to expect from a brand like McDonald's. It was not only a letdown in terms of portion size but also in the overall experience which lacked the standard of care and attention to customer satisfaction. McDonald's, known for its fast and reliable service, really missed the mark this time.

I tried to place an order on the electronic kiosk but I couldn't customize it so I wasted about 5 minutes fiddling with that So then I had to go to the register and waited for my turn. I didn't have fast food today.

We been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 min waiting to place an order but when another car pulls up they get to order instantly. When we ask for a shamrock shake they said their shake machine is down ( which im not surprised since they always say that) but we literally saw them hand someone else a shamrock shake and when confronted still lied too. Do better McDonald’s this is literally ridiculous.
