THANK GOODNESS I USED CREDIT CARD SO MY RIP OFF COULD BE VERIFIED. PAID $256. FOR A $169. CEL FROM MALE EMPLOYEE. NO RECEIPT IN BAG. WAITING FOR SUPERVISOR TO REIMBURSE ME. IT WAS LAST TUESDAY AT 12:40 THE TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE. BUY UR CELS FROM METRO BY PHONE OR ONLINE. STORES AREN'T WHAT THEY WERE YEARS AGO.

If I could put a 1 star I could and definitely would!!! I drove over 1 hour due to traffic to come to Savannah due to my location not having 1. I went in to purchase a phone which I was going to pay our right but I’m not understanding how does the price on Apple and metro have the same price but they’re trying to sell a phone that’s doubled and some more which it was verified thru a metro district manager that these prices are not correct!!! THEY WILL SALE YOU A PHONE JUST TO POCKET A LITTLE CASH. You can’t use your card. They will tell you the system is down but still using the system to pay bills and etc!!! I don’t recommend this location!!!

Went in several times to look at getting new phone, the male clerk was not very welcoming and seemed annoyed that he had to be there. There were only 3 phones available so I guess I'll try something different.

Great customer service!!! Ms. Jasmine was awesome as always!! While Jerill aka (Mr. Jasmine) was wonderful as well. He helped get to the root of the problem and was able to provide excellent service. If you need your phone fixed and want great service make sure you visit their store.
