I went here and I saw the “doctor” over a severe ear ache and sudden hearing loss I got from having Covid and the flu at the same time. I don’t have a PCP and just needed some guidance and someone to look in my ear. The first time she was nice. She gave me some meds and ear drops, but a couple days into the treatment I came back because I didn’t feel anything was improving, in fact it felt worse. The doctor sent me away but not before treating me like I didn’t understand what an ear ache was. Im not an idiot! They didn’t even check me in, she said to me “I just saw you. It’s a healing process, there’s nothing else I can do” - like sorry lady but maybe listen to your patients. I knew something wasn’t right so I made an appt with an ENT and guess what?? The treatment didn’t work just like I thought because it wasn’t the right protocol for my condition and I have possibly permanent hearing loss due to Covid! The chances of recovery are highest if you get treatment right away but this doctor was incapable of identifying the difference between a normal earache and a serious problem. I’ve been told I have nerve damage inside my ear that may never heal!! Thank you minute clinic! In the past I’ve had great experiences at the other locations but I’ll never come to this one again!

I hadmy appointment canceled against my wishes due to being late due to traffic. I had driven all the way from Washington, DC, with no exceptions to be seen. I was told to reschedule the appointment with none for the rest of the day and the next day. Unfortunately, I have to return back to Washington, DC for school who needed the physical done. Very poor customer/patient service, which I understand is not the clinician fault, but how CVS corporate runs this "clinic". Make sure to arrive as early as possible so you don't end up like me.

Their phone intake is uniformed and sloppy. Our doctor was very nice and I understood why he turned myself and two year old nephew away, but with a toddler with a UTI and myself with a broken foot, we could have been saved from even more waiting and suffering if we had just been given the appropriate information and told that we could not be seen honestly while we were on the phone with intake. I called first to avoid the situation that is exactly what occurred. Shame on you CVS corporate for not training your staff properly. It’s not their fault that this review will fall on them.

Likely got a lot of funding for " free covid testing" but it looks like a waste from where I see it. I was forced to give them my time by taking a survey before they would show a location in which to get tested. Then absolutely no available time to get a test. I checked up to 3 days out among 5 locations.

Absolute clown show. These people should not be allowed to operate a clinic. The entire experience made me think I was on Saturday Night Live or that old show Hidden camera. I was expecting someone at any time to open the door and say I was being punked. Do not put yourself through this, there are other options. PART 2. I was there for a sinus and brochilal infection. The two nurses there literally agrued with me about whether I actually had one or not for an hour. One telling me that antibiotics are controlled and she doesn't like to prescribe them for this. The following day , Monday, I contacted an actual doctor who prescribed me antibiotics and prednizone. I was feeling much better in 2 days.

I have found that the staff to be incredibly helpful and professional. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I get the best care and even the best price on presentations. I highly recommend checking in online to hold your appointment time as it makes the entire process go quickly.

I went to this MinuteClinic hoping to get a TDaP vaccine as a walk-in. The nurse was very professional, and told me exactly when to expect my appointment (it was a 122 minute wait). I came back some time later, and was admitted exactly when she said she would be ready. Even though the vaccine was fully covered by my insurance, the nurse realized that I had already received the vaccine 4 years earlier at another MinuteClinic. She informed me I did not have to get the vaccine again, deleted the appointment from their records so my insurance wouldn't be billed, and printed out a copy of all the paperwork. All in all, very thorough service.

I went to this MinuteClinic hoping to get a required vaccine (administered every 10 years) as a walk-in. The nurse was very professional, and told me what time to expect my appointment (a 122 minute wait). I came back some time later, and was admitted at the exact time she said she would be ready. Even though the vaccine was fully covered by my insurance, the nurse realized that I had already received the vaccine 4 years earlier at another MinuteClinic. She informed me I did not have to get the vaccine again, deleted the appointment from their records so my insurance wouldn't be billed (and I could get my next vaccine at the appropriate time), and printed out a copy of all the paperwork. All in all, very thorough service.

I came in before closing because I've been really sick just felt able to get out of bed, but I needed a doctor's note for missing school for tomorrow. After I signed in I was told they might not be able to see me because someone else who got in earlier had signed in wrong. I called another minuteclinic in the area to ask if they could squeeze me in but the person on the phone said her computer wasn't showing the wait time for her minute clinic or any in the area so I decided just to wait and see. They let me at the last minute and then I was told I couldn't get a doctor's note because the doctor felt it was morally wrong to give me one after a couple days even though I told her I had been unable to get out of bed. I looked it up and as far as I can tell there's no actual rules on this, she just felt like she was morally obligated to say no after I had waited until nobody else was open because someone else signed in wrong. Now I have to go spend $99 I don't have at another doctor because I need this note for tomorrow and this lady decided it was unacceptable to give me a note because I hadn't come in earlier even though I was physically unable to. Ridiculous.

Do not use this minute clinic! My son went for a yearly physical and verified BEFORE going that there would be no out of pocket expense. They were a provider on insurance. He had the physical and was presented with 125.00 bill. Since then, they have argued repeatedly that he would not be reimbursed because this was “self pay†whatever that is! They are dishonest, never say the same thing twice and I would not recommend them to anyone. Extremely poor customer service and zero people skills.

My SCAD student arrived via Uber by 5:15pm on a Saturday to an empty clinic and they refused to see her. Their recorded message says the last sign in time is 5:15pm since they close at 5:30pm. But the receptionist said they really needed to get there 18-20 minutes ahead. What the heck? She made it by their advertised time but they actually told her she was 3 minutes too late?? My daughter pleaded for a rapid strep test and they turned her away. I think the staff just wanted to leave at exactly 5:30pm. And that's terrible customer service and extremely lacking in compassion. I had to send my sick daughter in an Uber to another urgent care center. Perhaps don't expect compassion or professionalism at this location.
