We ordered a beach wheelchair. I agreed to be flexible with the drop off plan. We didn’t get the wheelchair until 3pm yet paid for the entire day. Mobility Works is saying Clouds of Goods can refund but won’t, Clouds of Goods is saying Mobility Works is the only one who can refund, but won’t. In the morning, I spoke to Mr.Gilbert and he said he’d arrive around noon. 1pm came, no one had arrived. I finally get through to the dispatcher who tells me that Mr.Gilbert needed to detour (!) to Charleston but then would get to the island. It took another 2 hours for them to get to us. Both agree that we should be reimbursed the day, but no one is taking responsibility.

We first got a chair lift installed. The installation went very smoothly. Then we rented a van. The reservation was easy and pick-up was quick. Customer service was excellent. Am recommending Mobility Works Savannah to all our home health professionals.

I went to have my manual ramp unstuck. Ethan did it in one minute and was so professional and caring. The next it jammed again while I was at the hospital and Ethan came to the rescue. It was an AMS van. I finally spoke to Monica and decided to trade in my Toyota for a van with an electric ramp. They gave me a great trade-in price and found me a wonderful trade with an electric ramp I could afford. Eric did my closing as Monica was on vacation. Thank you very much to the entire crew at Mobility Works. They are all very professional and caring.!!!!

I was having trouble with the manual ramp in my van. The van has been an problem from when I brought it. While Ethan was adjusting the ramp I thought about trading the Toyota in for a vehicle with an electric ramp. Monica showed me a few vans on the property. I am on Social Security. A day later Monica called and said she found a trade in for me. I only have to add a small amount of cash. My Valentine 's Day gift to myself was the new to me van. It is a Dodge Caravan with an electric ramp. It is wonderful compared to my manual ramp. Eric took over because Monica is on vacation. The entire crew here at Mobility Works are Professional and caring. I highly recommend them if you need anything related to handicap products .

We had a great experience with mobility works when my 16 year old had his hand control’s installed. We recently had a lift installed so he could get in and out the truck without putting so much wear and tear on his shoulders. The installment took all day. Then eventually I was called saying it would be the next day. No problem. We get there the second day and they show us how to put the chair in the back. Seemed great. Until we got home and realized taking the chair it it drops the chair at the door behind the drivers seat. He has a 4 door crew cab truck. So in order for him to use it he would risk falling out the truck to get it. I called to talk to them and told them the issue to be told that they can’t extend the lift. There has to be something. Supposedly I was going to hear back from someone and almost a month later nothing… very disappointed to pay so much for something that can’t be used like it’s supposed to. It’s bad enough being disabled. Imagine having your hopes up about life will be easier with having a lift put in and still having issues.
