Horrible experience. Receptionist had 3 customers waiting. Extremely prejudice. Stated that they did not have any rooms available and I cancelled my reservation and they still charged my card and refused the refund. I am definitely calling corporate as well as the BBB.

Overall a good stay for last minute I had no issues with the front desk keep in mind there is a 50 dollar REFUNDABLE deposit which I was not expecting being tight on money but overall a comfortable stay. Only 7 minutes away from my baby in the NICU and not overly expensive.

The facility and grounds looked great on the surface, but as the evening came on a bunch of tweakers came out so I stayed in my room. Later as I was getting ready for bed I moved my shoes and a bunch of bugs went scurrying out from underneath them. I looked around and they were coming out from under/behind the base boards. I didn’t see any on the tables so I moved everything off the floors to the tables. I would have left if I had my car there but I was a foot in my travels. In the morning I got up and went to use the restroom and saw some of those same bugs running around in the toilet bowel!!!!! It was a totally disgusting stay! No refund was offered and the guy at the front desk just said he would bring it up with the ownership.

Sketchy crowd. One man was clearly tweaking, sitting in front of a room, so I presume he was staying here. A few other people wandering around ~9pm were being creepy, and there was a car parked with all 4 doors open and someone sleeping in the back. Loud people yelling later at night, so bring a noise machine. Room was fine, a bit dirty but we paid $90 so that lines up. It’s just a sketchy area. We’re moving elsewhere tonight; the higher prices are worth it for us, especially since we’re only here to explore for a day with our dog, and would want to leave her alone for a while, which we wouldn’t feel comfortable doing here. If you’re just passing through, and aren’t seeking any semblance of luxury, this is fine.
