Horrible experience !!! I got a $12 dollar watch battery fix and they accidentally charged me $410 dollars. They said it was a mistake with someone else. They said a refund is coming which still don’t see? But they still wanted to charge me for the watch battery after that mistake? Very poor customer service experience. If you make a mistake like this you give the watch battery for free right away. Granted it was a mistake and I get that; but mistakes in business have negative review consequences.

Horrible experience. Stay far away. Got a simple watch battery fixed but they accidentally charged me 410 dollars which was deducted from my account. Poor attention to detail has consequences. I get it was a mistake however business mistakes when over charging have serious consequence. Again I would not shop here. Go to a large established jewelry store.

this place is absolutely awful. i was hesitant to purchase a chain in the first place and they talked me into it. i was told that if my mom said she didn’t like it i could return it and we went to return the chain and they told us no returns only exchange. they weren’t very nice at this point and began being sarcastic saying that me-15 year old- had more knowledge than a 60ish yr old grown lady. i poorly review this place. i don’t advise it. go to the keosk about 2 corners down. they were extremely nice the whole time i was looking and gave no attitude. thumbs down to mr. goldman.

My fiancé had just purchased a necklace and when he decided to first wear the necklace it had broken in two different places when he had taken it back to either get them to replace the necklace they said it can be repaired...one month later it’s still not repaired and they asked for him to give a good review smh. They don’t guarantee their work nor stand behind their product for the money people spend with them... there should be insurance behind these expensive necklaces that doesn’t have quality
