I had an AMAZING experience! My exam was with Dr. Samantha Kelly and since I am diabetic I needed a very through exam and she was the best ever. She took time to answer questions and set a care plan for both myself and my daughter. Then I had Krystal help me pick out a pair of glasses for both of us. She was amazing as well. Great customer service and genuinely cared about helping us and giving us several options. Then I had two other people that really made an impression on me with their customer service and knowledge. When I initially called in for my appointment I talked with Mathew. He was so sweet and he looked up all options right over the phone to make sure I was getting the best option and most cost effective. Then when I came in to pick up my glasses I had Krystal, who recognized me right away, help to make sure I had a comfortable fit. And then another sweet gal, Quan, helped with answering various questions we had. Everyone was so pleasant and you could tell they genuinely cared about you. I highly recommend all those I have named above. What a team!!

I called today to make an appointment. The receptionist was nasty and rude and refused to make an appointment for me because she said I did not have active insurance and she would not. I have never heard of a company not seeing an established pateint due to not having insurance and the evil wench hung up on me. My eye doctor please hite better receptionists. You will keep getting reviews like mine and lose customers if you dont get those filthy dogs on a leash.

I don't recommend it. I have a bad experience with my safety glasses with a prescription. They don't know about that. And a long, long time to do the glasses and coming wrong. Walmart is better than this place. Sorry.

From beginning to end I’m always satisfied with each visit. This is my second year coming here, and I’m very satisfied with the care the staff provides. From the front desk staff giving me a courtesy call, extending a 15 min grace period as I was running late, verifying my insurance, going over my copay, and doing it all with patience and a smile. The staff in the back were just as friendly. I appreciate them sanitizing everything thing and explaining everything. Each time I meet with Dr. Kelly, she meets me with a kind smile. Dr. Kelly is so thorough and explains everything, shows pictures, and make sure you understand. Coming up with a treatment plan that’s best for you. I highly recommend MyEyeDr in Savannah, and I highly recommend Dr. Kelly-Seltzer.

I've been wearing glasses since the 1990s, and this is the worst place I've ever gotten glasses from. I picked up these glasses on January 28, at which time I was told that if there was *any* problem I should let them know, and they would accommodate me. The last weekend in June, however, I called and asked if they could replace my lenses since they are so scratched up that I see near my face better without my glasses than with them, and I have to keep removing them to read, write, or see my phone. They refused my request, citing my declining the purchased warranty. That wouldn't have been a problem had I not been in detrimental reliance upon the verbally stated offer of the 1-year automatic warranty. The lenses are also extremely difficult to remove streaks from. I will not purchase their products again.

Customer service and front desk workers were unprofessional and they had no clue what they were doing at the front desk. They were giggling at the desk because they thought it was funny how they didn’t know how to access certain information or to give the correct information. They didn’t even bother explain to me why my insurance didn’t cover and used rude manners nor did they bother checking my information when I ask them to when clearly my insurance was covered since I’ve been there before. Still shocked with ur professionalism and the fact that they were laughing behind the counter because of the certain situation and questions I had.

I have been seeing Dr. Watson for the last 30 years. I have received excellent care from him and from Katie. Katie has always worked hard to ensure that my contact orders were correct and that my glasses fit me well. I cannot express how much I enjoy working with these two individuals. The office has grown considerable over the last few year, but these two individuals strive to give the patients the absolute best care. Also, hard contacts or gas permeable contact lenses are difficult to fit and Dr. Watson does an excellent job.

Last 3 years have been a disaster if you are going to use your existing frames. Latest is a one year old frame rendered unusable after new lenses fitted. Told by staff that they're unfixable. So I'm out 500 dollars. Last time I'll do business with them.

My office visit was on 4/13.The entire front office needs a revamp as far as staff. The providers and back office staff are great, however, the 3 employees in the front are unprofessional, impatient, immature, rude, and an all-around disappointment.Stating with the front desk guy, why hire someone who so very clearly does not want to work there? I called before my visit and he was monotonous and very short with me on the phone as if he didn’t want to be on the phone at all. Then when I arrived, all he asked was “Do you have an appointment?”. He didn’t ask any other questions about my visit or even allow me to ask questions that I had. He printed off some paperwork and told me to go to the back. No escort. As I read my paperwork I noticed that there were $100 worth of charges that I didn’t understand. I had to ask one of the nice young ladies in the back to explain it to me and she was able to remove one unnecessary charge. When I finished up with my doctor. She escorted me back to the front - back into chaos. The two ladies up front were very loud, playful, and unprofessional. On top of that, my sales person (clearly she is in sales because she tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary add-ons) didn’t even explain what I was being charged for despite my asking her to do so. She tried to charge me about $385 for my contacts alone. I have never paid that much for contacts. She acted like it was a hassle for her to explore other options for me. All in all, she ended up selling me some overpriced glasses and again didn’t confirm what I was paying for exactly. Had I known that my glasses were $300, I would’ve ordered them online instead where the EXACT SAME glasses with prescription and blue light blocker is 1/3 of the price! Any pair of glasses would have been a fraction of the price online. Instead she made it seem like the $400 that I spent mostly went toward the contacts. When I went home to review my bill in peace, I realized that I was charged an arm and a leg for the glasses so I called to cancel the glasses. The guy at the front desk answered (again with the driest tone as if I was bothering him by calling) and I was told that cancellations are not accepted until the glasses arrive. The glasses will take over 3 weeks to arrive. So I paid $300 dollars for glasses that will take a month to arrive? I could’ve easily ordered from EyeBuyDirect or Zenni, spent a fraction of the price, and receive them within a week. I just ordered from EyeBuyDirect and spent $68 dollars for prescription glasses with blue light blocker. Charging me $300 dollars is absolutely ridiculous.I have been going to MyEyeDr since I was started wearing glasses and contacts when I was around 11 years old. I have never witnessed such a lack of professionalism in a medical establishment in my entire life. I hope you understand that you have just lost a lifetime customer. I will never chose this establishment as my optical care provider again.

I called multiple time with a question before my appointment but was put on hold for so long everytime that I had to hang up. Luckily, it is easy to cancel the appointment online. I'm sure the staff is very busy, but I am not comfortable going to an office that I cannot reach on the phone within a reasonable amount of time.

The extra star is because the Dr. Watson doesn't deserve this, but the team and MyEyeDr unfortunately has turned his business upside down. He deserves to retire, and very soon! When systems go down, medical offices are managed (like my own) to pick up the phone to verify patients insurances the old fashioned way - verbally, with another human with a SSN. These ladies at the front desk did not know that was an option and needed approval, and were told no, that that was not proof of having insurance! A physical card was the only proof. In all actuality, I could have my physical card, and could have cancelled my plan. Y'all running this office are disgracefully representing Dr. Watson, MyEyeDr clinics, and all medical facilities. Do better for your community.

I had a very wonderful experience.Courtney greeted me when i walked in the door. Courtney also helped me from start to finish, from picking out my glasses to making everything affordable. She answered any questions i had for me and my kids. I will be going back
