Completely dissatisfied with my service I received. I went in for a pedicure and overlay. The service was a disgrace, the guy who did my pedicure didn’t speak English and couldn’t perform the task of doing a simple pedicure accurately. He was unable to complete a French on my toes without another worker assisting him. I was then pawned off to who I later found out was a kid to perform my overlay. This salon is completely unprofessional and hires underage kids to perform mediocre work. I will never go back nor recommend anyone else to do so.

I had a bad experience. It’s off my nail service was bad lifting but application was bad. The tech place the product then tried to force it forward. The it was unevenly placed around the cuticles. And use of old recycled primer and liquid no doubt contribute this problem. The first time it was a few nails on each hand. This last time it was every nail. Also nail prep was poor. Also customer service was bad it’s so rude to be spoken to in English then they speak Vietnamese. The whole conversation should be in English. Otherwise it could mean they are talking about the person. Another issue Nasty mouth nail tech. Profanity should not be tolerated. In his own words sh.t happens. So if that what you want keep going. When I went to discuss my problem with nails nagging my hair, not being done well. The you man was doing a women with fungus on her pointy finger.
