Rented a car for two weeks, drove less than a 100 miles. Paid >$700. Returned above 3/4 of a tank and got a refuel fee. Bug off. I'll use enterprise from now on.

Ditto to all of the positive reviews about the National Car rental team at the Savannah airport. This team is kind, respectful, efficient, and greet you with a smile. It's the best experience I've had with a rental company (in 14 years of renting weekly for work).

The rental experience on the app was quick and easy, and the charges were reasonable. I picked up my vehicle in Orlando, which was a smooth process, and I got a brand new Outlander. After I dropped off my vehicle in Savannah, I realized I left my brand new Airpods in the car. After 9 harrowing customer service days and 6 customer service reps (Barbara, Hazel, Jameson, Indy, Guy #5, and Brenda), I finally got through to Jasmine at the desk at Savannah. (Note: minus 5 stars for how hard it was to get a message to the counter at Savannah). Anyway, I finally got Jasmine, she literally walked around while I live tracked the headphones, and she got them back to be fully charged. So shout out to Jasmine for being a great customer service example, and shoutout to my last phone rep Brenda who figured out what the last five reps were doing wrong (although they were very nice). All is well that ends well.

Special thank you to Chris at the Savannah airport location. As I was sitting at my gate airing to board I realized I had left my AirPods in my rental I have just dropped off. Made my way back to the lot and found Chris, who I had dropped the car off with. The vehicle had already been taken so Chris made a call and ensured the AirPods were brought back to me as quickly as possible. Got the pods and made the flight all thanks to Chris. Thank you sir.

I arrived just after midnight after a full day of travel and had to check in at the Enterprise desk. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The representative who assisted me seemed irritated and was not particularly personable. When I asked her to please repeat a question, she rolled her eyes and spoke in a condescending tone, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
Fortunately, Nicole, who assisted me with the rental pickup, was very kind and professional. Her scanner was not working, but she handled the situation gracefully and provided clear instructions on how to proceed.
When I went to retrieve the vehicle, the attendant bringing it around appeared frustrated and disengaged. I tried to explain the situation regarding the scanner, but she abruptly tossed me the keys and walked away without confirming whether any additional steps were needed. This lack of communication and courtesy was disappointing, especially after a long day of travel.
The employee at the exit gate was polite, and the vehicle itself met all of my needs. Overall, while the car was in excellent condition and a few staff members were pleasant, the overall customer service experience—particularly at check-in and vehicle pickup—fell short of Enterprise’s (or National) usual standards.

Had a great experience where Raegan helped correct a rental reservation mistake and went out of her way to make sure my family and I could be on our way. I have no way to contact the location directly but just wanted to say that Raegan deserves a special award for taking care of us this past Saturday 10/11! Thanks again!

No stars, we had a reservation and I called to confirm twice. We were told there were no more vehicles and had to take a Lyft 45 minutes from the airport. Then Lyft to the airport the next morning. Very disappointed

The process at the airport was extremely easy and convenient.
