Pay no attention to the huge Old Navy sign on the Abercorn side of the mall. It doesn’t mean that Old Navy is located underneath it. Old Navy is in the back of the mall accessible from the food court entrance. Not the Abercorn side by LensCrafters. There’s no mall entrance there.

I made an online order to pick up in the store. I normally pick up orders at the pooler location but this was the only store that had the items right away. We get to the store and the customer service was TRASH. KEA was working the front register. We walked to the designated pick up area & wasn’t even acknowledged! We waited in that area for 10 minutes until KEA decided to ask us if we needed anything. We told her we were there for an online order. In a very rude and snappy tone, she yelled across the store for us to “just get in line cuz everybody else just gets in line”. I’m not sure if Ms. Kea was under pressure from working the register, but her attitude was completely unacceptable & I will no longer be picking up any items from this location.

Mobile order pickup says curbside but when you make the order, the store says enter.

Today, I was helped by Tyra, who was absolutely wonderful. Watching her interact with the customers ahead of me, and how amazing she was with helping myself too!

I like to visit stores during the week when they 1st open to avoid the crowds. The Old Navy staff was very courteous I was greeted on spot, which is something that is rare these days. The cashier was very fast, professional, kind & warm .
