We loved our dog walk tour of Savannah. April was a stellar guide, and such a lovely human - I met her elsewhere in the city a few days later and she was incredibly sweet. The new location for the storefront is beautiful, Norman loved playing with Ollie B and Abbie! Thanks for the fun and the treatos!

What a treat it was to spend a couple of hours with Eric on a private tour. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Savannah and was great about including our dog Nola in the action. I learned more about statues and their meaning than I ever expected. His high-end treat gift for Nola at the end was also great! Highly recommended and very reasonably priced too!

We had a wonderful and informative tour with the owner and founder, Eric. Our Pup was very grateful for the outing and we couldn't get enough of the history that was offered with both passion and an incredible amount of knowledge. We ended up having a private tour which felt unrushed and was the perfect length. Thank you so much for sharing your love of Savanah with us. We especially enjoyed learning about the relationship between Tomochichi and James Oglethorpe. You helped to bring the history back to life and that is a gift in itself.

Wonderful walking tour with our guide, Eric. We’re not usually the biggest walking tour kind of travellers, but we made an exception here as it was dog friendly which seemed like a novel idea.In the end, we ended up being the only ones there (it was a Monday morning in November so guess we should have expected that). However, turns out the tour itself was great even without dogs (besides our dog, who didn’t seem to care thanks to all the squirrels in Savannah’s beautiful squares). It covered a lot of really interesting history of Savannah and Georgia without being dry or too much to follow. Eric has a great sense of humour and kept the tour lighthearted and fun. We appreciate the level of detail in answering our questions and explaining things, and for delivering such a good tour despite a small audience.Without hesitation we will recommend this to any of our friends who visit Savannah, with or without dogs!

Awesome dog friendly historic walking tour. Eric, our tour guide, was fantastic in his breadth of knowledge and he was always thinking of our fur babies during the tour. Highly recommend!

We loved our tour walking around the historic district! Cindy was a wonderful host. It took a little less than 2 hours and was an easy walking pace, with plenty of rest points. Great dog friendly thing to do!

What a delightful experience! ❤️Our tour guide/host was extremely knowledgeable not just in history, but all dog related questions visitors may have. Perfectly paced for pups and owners. Plenty of time to get pets, snacks and learn history. If you traveling with your pooches, it is so worth it. ?

Bruno and Daphne had the privilege of getting thier very own private history tour of Savannah, GA today by none other than Eric (the owner of Oliver Bentleys Historic Savannah Dog Walking Tours) which combines the Hostess City’s three best features: it's beautiful scenery, it's rich history, and it's dog-friendly vibe.Bruno & Daphne got to embark on a tour of tales (and tails) through Savannah's Historic District and learned all about the city’s amazing history. They explored seven of Savannah’s 22 iconic squares, beginning with Oglethorpe Square. These beautiful green spaces punctuate the downtown area with azaleas in all colors, live oaks dripping with Spanish moss, and centuries of fascinating history and charm. They got to sniff around some of the city’s most well-known historic landmarks. Eric made sure to point out the many dog-friendly establishments in Savannah. As an added bonus, Daphne & Bruno each received a complimentary bag of Oliver Bentleys original recipe (Ollie B. Biscuits and Bites) after being such good pups.10/10 would definitely recommend!

We loved this tour! First of all, no dog needed but all pups welcomed? Eric was so so so knowledgeable and we absolutely Enjoyed every minute. I loved the discussion around the monuments and all the symbolism and the history built in to these memorials. We loved the architecture talks and how the local economy was developed and grown. Lots of time for pups to sit in the shade while we learned all the fun facts! Couldn’t recommend this tour enough. And we got a bag of Oliver Bentley treats for Jesse Potato afterward which was so nice. Book it - pup or no pup - honestly the best tour around ♥️

This is the best tour for dog lovers and history buffs alike. The 2 hour tour was jam packed with all sorts of historical facts as well as lots of time for the pups to sniff around. I have done several Savannah tours and this one is by far the best one around!
