My daughter and I visited Pandora this weekend. We weren’t even acknowledging from the two lady’s that were in store. One was behind the register look at her phone the other was organizing the charms. I said hello and proceeded to look the gold line that’s to the right, asked to see the star charm that caught my daughters eye. She looks up and said those are the 14k gold you still want to see them…she said it in a tone as if I couldn’t afford or it was higher quality as if she was bothered that I even asked to see them…I looked at her serious and said yes, I’m aware. Her whole demeanor changed when she saw my personal gold pandora bracelet. Just awful, customer service.

I honestly can’t even begin to describe the gratitude I have for the employees at this Pandora store. I drove two hours from Charleston for the engraving service as it was the closest one to me, and it turns out their machine was down. When I say every employee was trying to make it work, I truly mean every one of the girls that was there at the time took their own shot at trying to fix it. I left and came back but it was still down. Eventually, the store manager offered to engrave the charm I wanted AND ship it to me for free. I got the package on the next business day and it was wrapped up beautifully. These girls went above and beyond for me even though the technological error was out of their control. 10/10, thank you, ladies!

Most of the girls working didn’t speak to us when we arrived. The one that did speak was acting uptight and bothered. I was talking to my sister about the rings I tried on and she was still standing there instead of walking away and letting me decide which one I wanted to buy. I did buy a ring because it was beautiful and I wanted to treat myself. Her demeanor started to change when we began the process of purchasing the ring. However, I definitely will not visit this location again.

the lady with braces who helped me, made me feel stupid. i went in to exchange a ring i had bought the day before for a bigger size. not only did she start laughing when she read my receipt, but she made me try on the ring right in front of her, just to proceed with the exchange. and she asked me “you didn’t try this on yesterday?” I told her I did and it fit, but my finger swelled, and i could barely get it off afterwards. the thing is, i called this store before I went and made sure it was okay for me to exchange the ring(i had my receipt), and made sure they had the size I needed. I had no problem with the girl i spoke to on the phone, so why was it a problem when i arrived to the store to proceed with the exchange? do better.

VERY VERY poor customer service.. VERY RUDE . VERY SLOW , DO NOT HELP .. will leave you standing there without even trying to help & also picks and chooses which customers they want to serve ! PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Was in the store Oglethorpe mall and the Manger was very rude! She have the nerve to say I’m sick of you people order online and then come here! Wait hold up ! It’s shouldn’t matter where we got it from it’s Pandora and we paid our money just like everyone else! She just was going off so bad people was walking out! This is what the hired as there representative for their brand! I’m going to keep going until I hear from Pandora ever site I will be on! Until she is gone!

Went in there earlier today around the afternoon and wasn’t spoken too nor acknowledged at all, as if I was invisible to everyone, no one spoke for over 10 minutes granted the workers were assisting others but the correct thing to do is at least say “ Hello we’ll be with you in a moment” People walked in after me and was greeted and at least spoken too even though they were helping others, and I didn’t appreciate that at all, as I’m in sales myself and own a business, it doesn’t take but a sec to at least acknowledge that the customer is there whether you give a smile or give a verbal response, very dissatisfied with the service I received today at this location.

I was going in to look for something to buy for Mother’s Day and I was told that I could not walk around and browse. If I wanted something particular she could bring it out to me? Or I could look at the book and then she could get it. There used to be a sign where they only let a certain amount of people in but that sign was gone and there were 3 family’s looking all over the store. I left the store and other people walked in after I left and are allowed to browse and look around.
