Parkers is the worst company to work. They taking the PTO pay from people who been workingover 80 hours every two weeks. The Manager is very incompetent and her usually favorites do whatever they want to do. They come in late and leave out early but corporate won't say nothing to them.

I was in this parker's today and the air conditioner was out. The young lady that helped me was so very kind and respectful I never heard one complaint as she was continously working to fill the lemonade station. It is very hard to find hard workering individuals in this day in time. I have the upmost respect for this young lady and pray her Manager knows what Jewel they have. I especially pray they get someone to fix the air conditioner ASAP because no one should have to work in an enclosed building with these hot temps. My rating is specifically for the young lady and the gentleman working in a condition that no one should have to work in. Please repair this air conditioner ASAP!

I recently knew Maura's name, but she is a gentle soul and is always checking everything, knowing about everything that happens there, keeping her kindness towards all of us clients and making us feel taking care of in the nicest way. Kudos for Maura, and I hope to let her know how how important is she for the place, because she makes the place!
In fact, for all of the haters, I use to feel kinda bad because of racism, but then I discover that is just lack of knowledge about the law, when they don't sell you cigarretes or alcohol with a foreign ID, but is just because the "examples" that they get, don't specify that you only need to be an adult person, and that your nationality doesn't have anything to do with the legality of acquiring a commodity or a service that any other adult can grasp,and that is an issue, but is not their fault, just a super-literal way of seeing things, like if they cannot provide service if the person is not the one in the photo, a little bit funny, as long as you are not the inmigrant wich the service is being refuse because you didn't brought a sombrero, and that's how I'm feeling right now.... back to Aura... she is nothing like that, should be having her own reality.!

I didn't shop here but I called the store to about another parkers I went to on Montgomery Cross road they had a sign up saying bathroom was closed so inquired about the young lady was so nonchalant saying they're out of order no apologies or anything I can't spend money in atmosphere like I needed fuel but I took my business else where but I spoke with Ms Shanicka she called and it was true she was so professional listening to my concerns and apologized for my experience at the other store it's not what you say but how you say it I must say Shanicka has excellent customer service Greg Parker should be glad to have her on his team.
