I thought this was a gas station chain with good sercice until i came to load gas and buy some drinks and they refused y to let me use the bathroom saying it was closed for the night. Refusing service to paying customers is crazy

Very disappointed with the overnight service at this location. I stopped by in the middle of the night needing to use the restroom—something you expect any 24-hour gas station to provide, especially for people working overnight like delivery drivers and travelers. Instead, the employee casually told me the bathrooms were locked and they “don’t give out the key at night,” all while sipping her coffee like it was no big deal. Totally unhelpful and dismissive. If you’re going to keep the lights on 24/7, maybe act like your customers matter. I’ll avoid this Parker’s from now on.

I want to leave a review for Parker's corporate that I will never be visiting one of your locations again. You're ridiculous pay at the pump debit system that is actually a check instead of a debit charge and will charge to aold accounts that have been cancelled. Even though you thought a new one was set up and working has cost me $60 in returned fees. And when the situation was explained to your customer service, obviously there was nothing they could do about it. I would buy $100 in gas a week at your stores and $40 inside. Now for $60 in charges that all goes to Walmart.

My brother and I went to the gas station for a simple fill-up, but we were shocked by the rude behavior of one of the employees. She spoke to us in a disrespectful tone, raised her hand, and told my brother, ‘Get up, we’re closed,’ in a completely unprofessional and impolite manner. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the establishment. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes action to improve their customer service

This place has one of the worst customer service. I’m trying to get some chicken tenders from 6 o’clock till 7:00 and I haven’t yet got anything. I got a breakfast sandwich and it was stink. Come on do better than that People is spending their money and everybody face is looking like I made him come to work this morning Or I’m trying to beg them some thing People spending their h hard money. I just came from work all night while they were sleeping Put some professionalism in at work I waste my money Purchasing that sandwich

Usually when you purchase a drink from the fountain you would expect to see or get a root beer every now an then. No root beer but purchased one from the cooler and got a cup of ice…I expected to pay but not full price for the cup. My bad but shouldn’t be a courtesy? No biggie
