I don’t think y’all will appreciate or understand my deep love for this place. 24 hours with high quality foods and extras at fair prices in the hot spot area. I rate this higher than Buccee’s iykyk

Passed by the first time, following Google Maps, because the place just looked to nice to be a gas station. Circled the block and boom, blending into the historical architecture is a modern clean convenience.

I was pleasantly surprised when I needed to stop by to get gas in Savannah to be led here by my GPS. On the hottest day of the summer, I could get a cold drink and stop by the bakery to get the best cake I had in Savannah(double chocolate, of course. Please dont tell my trainer😅). If that wasn't enough, they had a market with other quick items I could grab for the kids and the wife on the way back to the hotel. Very nice gem in the heart of Savannah.

Fancy Parkers is fancy! Lots of great eats and drinks.

This is the fancy parkers this convenience store has everything. A large amount of delicious hot foods are available at all times. And an unfathomable amount of cake and cookies and such. This place is open 24 hours a day seven days a week. Parking can be rough at time especially around lunch when everyone is in there. And the gas pumps can be confusing if you don’t know what’s going on. But despite that they are still easy to use. There can be some riffraff out front at night due to the park benches on the side. But the overall this place is great.

Disgraceful service from staff there just now who would not accept international passport card (which has been accepted ALL over the East Coast of US) to purchase alcohol and kept referring to their 'policy' which conveniently is located on the back of the till which they could not show us. I was told it says passport book but could not verify online or in store anywhere. If that's the policy it should be clearly displayed for everyone to see. For context, the individuals who were refused were 38&39.

Bought broken sunglasses at Parker’s No. 19 in Savannah. Told no exchange or refund within an hour of purchase after realizing they were broken.. Managers Justin and Nikki were unhelpful. Luckily, the manufacturer fixed it—Parker’s didn’t care. Called customer service number, no response after 2 days. Customer service is pathetic.

I had to personally notify the staff of my online order and received attitude and sloppy service.
The woman calling orders dropped my bag and left off items that were already purchased. Fancy Parkers is a staple in the service industry and this behavior is unacceptable

The kitchen crew, the two very “pleasant” ladies made the whole experience horrible. The laziness, the attitude and simple lack of decency or care for the food was shocking.
I understand that the night shift can be frustrating and harsh, but they were crossing the line.

1 stars because after all it did the job I needed.
So, the manager, Kanjada (or Kennjadda, not sure about the spelling that that's how she called herself) an elderly tall woman at the checkout was quite rude and mean. She would not accept an international drivers license (that comes from another country). The manner was really mean, it was most about the manner.. almost felt like a nationality based harassments to me (luckily I drove here with a passport in the bag, and got back to get a beer and THE Manager's name after I made the purchase)
The fact I feel harassments is because of the manner she talked and .. that ID has worked for 15+ years in the US, especially in GA which most of my trips are to. So thank you to firing the rude personnel from a beautiful tourist city.

Owner is extremely disrespectful and rude and seems to be on some sort of power trip. I would not give this place any of my business after seeing the way he treats people. Zero customer service skill.
