Everyone noticed every acknowledgement back on reviews are almost identical no personal input it seems every return answer is scripted there should be more of a personal response everyone gets the somewhat same answer,

The food was great. The service was hideous. It was a long wait for the food and no one even came back to my table to say anything. Me a d my wife were the only African American people in the restaurant and everyone was treated well but us. I had not been here in a while but I definitely will not be coming back if it wasn't for the food a 1 star would be the ratingg

Stumbled across this place while visiting Savannah. Not at all disappointed. Good food, friendly people and fair prices

Paula Dean Store is awesome! It's a great little gift shop that is located in the heart of Downtown Savanah, Georgia. We loved browsing this shop. It is colorful and has a large variety of gifts to fit any budget. There is a restaurant attached to the store. We did not know this, or we would've stopped in for lunch. Overall, we had a great time shopping here.

Sadly this shop was a disappointment. And I have to say the Paula Dean jewelry vending machine was kind of tacky. For a woman who's big on southern hospitality it just seemed really impersonal.

Paula Deen is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met my whole life. We ate in the restaurant . It was some of the best country steak ., potatoes green beans and sweet tea I ever ate and drink. We love you Paula Deen. Glad we got the pleaser to meet you

My hubby and I talked about going to Savannah and Paula Deen's restaurant for a while. Finally took the plunge and drove down from Jacksonville. What a disappointment. We don't understand the hype...food was Ok, not really fresh and hot. Fried chicken was as common as any place. Dessert was terrible. Peach cobbler was watery and definitely not a southern delight. The city has its quaint places to eat or drink...not bad, but city is dirty. If you want good southern food go two hours more to Charleston.

This was my first time visiting Paula Deens restaurant ever & I have to admit the food was beyond good but what made this experience that much pleasurable was the service that I received. I've worked in fine dinning at the Aberdeen barn in Charlottesville va to the Angus Barn in Raleigh NC & I'm telling you Antney was beyond excellent. This is what service should always be like. Antney thank you for a pleasurable, memorable evening we truly appreciate you & we will always ask for him when we return. Thanks again

Family style lunch was delicious! We walked in and sat down (for a party of 7 that was a surprise!). The story had a lot of unique gifts for your home or friends. Check out their candles!

I would leave 0 stars, but I can't. I have always been a fan of Paula Dean's restaurant until now. My sisters and I were very disappointed in her restaurant. With the food price and not being able to take home what you already pay for. Obviously, Paula no longer comes in her restaurants or cooks her own meals

The only reason I'm leaving a 1 is because I can't leave a 0. this has to be the worst restaurant in GA! The banana pudding was not homemade it was from a can! the peach cobbler biscuit top was raw, Mac and cheese was dry and crumbly, Kraft was so much better. it is so sad that even the poppyseed salad was hot. I'm was very underwhelmed, the price of $130 for 4 people would have been okay if the food was good. couldn't take home the left over, not that I would have

My boyfriend and I ate at the restaurant and it was absolutely heavenly!!! I normally do not eat fried foods, but we were on vacation!! We ate the fried porkchops, fried chicken and fried catfish for the meats. The porkchop was melt in your mouth!! So was the chicken. It was my fave. We had 2 portions of chicken and mac and cheese. The food was to die for! We had the ooey gooey cakes and they were both yummy! I can't wait to go back and eat there!!!

I had the pleasure of eating at this establishment. It is a three floored restaurant. There is also an adjoining store where you can purchase a variety of Paula Deen items. My family and I ate on the third floor. We ordered pot roast, pork chops, chicken, candied yams, Lima bean, chicken and dumplings, Mac and cheese, and peach cobbler plus the complimentary bread basket (drinks are not included). There are different meal options available to choose from that have various number of sides and meats that are served. The meal options chosen are for the whole table and cannot be altered but you can get more of the same item already ordered. The items we tried were good. My only critique was the waitress was a little rude and the peach cobbler was not good (they were out of all the other desserts)
