I have driven a Hyundai for at least ten years, and I love them. Since I moved to Savannah 3 years ago, it has been impossible to get your vehicle serviced at the Hyundai dealership. I made an appointment to get my tag light replaced. On the day of my appointment, I sat for almost 2 hours to find out the part had never been ordered. If I hadn’t gone to check on the status of my vehicle, who knows how long it would have been sitting before finding out the part was not ordered. Recently, my car caliper kept locking up. I called the dealership, and I was told June 28 would be the next available ?? what a joke. What’s the point of having a Hyundai if you can have it serviced in a reasonable time? Cars break down unexpectedly all the time, and to know that you can’t get into the dealership is added stress. There are only 2 Hyundai dealerships, both booked out for six months. What are customers supposed to do? I wish the service department's service were as excellent as the vehicles are.

Austin was pleasant to work with, he knew about the inventory he is presenting. He made my buying experience a comfortable one. In the past I always felt like I had been cheated after purchasing a vehicle so I was very skeptical of dealing with salesmen. But I really love and enjoy my new Elantra , I feel like everyone won on this deal.

Austin, my sales associate, was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to get this deal done. This was a long distance transaction so we made the deal via phone, e-mail, and text, and he made the transition very smooth and with no obstacles. Highly recommend this guy. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, David, the finance manager, was also extremely helpful in getting everything I needed. The deal was already done when I saw him and he also bent over backwards to put me in the Santa Cruz. I would like to say that these two individuals were so great because I was coming from out of town, but I have a strong feeling that they treat all customers in this fashion. I highly recommend this dealership, this product (Hyundai), and these two individuals. Great job!!

When I first brought my 2017 Hyundai Sonata sports brand new the service was great until year ago I started having oil pressure and leakage causing my car engine problems having to add oil every since week ?♀️ I had to open up a claim with the Corporate office because the maintenance department was months out for serving my car then finally I was told to have the car towed in to be place ahead which this took about 3wk without a rental replacement. Now I am told from other repair shops white smoke coming from my exhaust and they are not willing to work on it because it was still under warranty which but close to 100,000 miles. I am having to trade in my car and I am not happy about this because of the repairs still needed

Do NOT recommend. Good sales experience BUT, after having my new car for a month my seat-belt dinger goes off at will. So, I called for a service appointment. I was told 6 MONTHS to get an appointment and another 3 weeks to run a simple diagnostic. Anyone want to listen to that for 6 months? Me neither. Also filed a wheel claim and was told I would have to get a call back to even schedule a 3 minute look . If you want any service for your hard earned money, shop elsewhere.

I don't know where to start. I am not one to normally gripe about things, but this dealership has really set me off. I just recently purchased a vehicle from them a few days ago. The sales rep and finance that we had dealt with did a great job, however, the entire service and detail department needs to be re-evaluated by the owner. The integrity of these two departments are next to none.I was informed that my vehicle was going to go through "inspection" to verify no major concerns or safety issues of the vehicle before taking delivery. This was a lie.Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle had a burnt out headlight.. (First indication of a pencil whipped inspection) and was told to drive home with the Hi-beams on and to return in the morning because the service department was already closed for the night.Upon looking under the hood, noted the battery and terminals were completely corroded with rust and battery acid and nothing was ever cleaned or serviced along with the air intake box completely loose and unsecured. The following day, the lower skid plate became detached because the bolts were never installed after the so called "oil change" was performed. The oil change service sticker inside the vehicle still showed the old date and mileage from the previous owner and was already coming due.I was told the tires were to be rotated, I had marked one of the tires with a marker to see if they were going to do this..They in fact, did not..Lastly, the cleaning and detail of the vehicle looked as if Helen Keller herself performed this duty. After calling and speaking to a sale manager about these problems, the information and issues were transferred to the service manager. I received a phone call from the service manager where I was asking what was going on with this vehicle and all of these problems that 100% should have been caught on "inspection" and he hung up on me... I called back the number right after.. and no answer... Talk about professionalism.....I am beyond disgusted with this dealership. BUYER BEWARE. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this dealership at all cost..

I looked at and test drove 2 Palisades at 2 other dealerships, prior to visiting AutoNation in Savannah. Our salesman, Mark, was the only one who took the time to go through all of the features the Palisade has to offer. He was very personable and wasn't pushy at all. He went above and beyond to find us the vehicle we were looking for and ended up trading vehicles with another dealership in another state just to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We had a great experience with AutoNation in Savannah. All of the gentlemen that helped us, were very accommodating and they did a great job. Thank you Mark, Terry & Trey for helping us through the process.

The staff members I interacted with were professional and friendly. They explained the process, said approximately how long the service would last and took me to their very comfy waiting area. I had other business to do close by and so I enjoyed their shuttle service also. Nice improvements AutoNation of Savannah.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received at AutoNation Hyundai Savannah. They have had my vehicle since July and unfortunately, my experience has been marked by several issues, including a severe lack of communication, poor customer service, misinformation, and a failure to meet promised deadlines. I have spoke with the corporate office numerous times as well as filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The foremost concern is the persistent lack of communication from your dealership. I have experienced delays in receiving updates on the status of my vehicle, making it challenging to plan accordingly. Timely and transparent communication is crucial for customer satisfaction, and it has been sorely lacking in my interactions with your team.Furthermore, the level of customer service provided has fallen below acceptable standards. I have encountered unprofessionalism and a lack of empathy from some staff members, which has only added to the frustration of an already challenging situation.I must also address the issue of receiving false information. On multiple occasions, I was provided with information that later proved to be inaccurate. This has not only led to confusion but has also eroded my trust in the information provided by your dealership.Lastly, the dealership has consistently failed to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. Whether it be promised completion dates for service or delivery timelines for parts, the inability to adhere to these deadlines has caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans.I believe it is essential to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that corrective measures can be taken to improve the overall customer experience at AutoNation Hyundai Savannah. I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such issues do not persist for other customers. Still have NO update on my vehicle at this point!

I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, so I was in a hurry to get to work. The representative was prompt and efficient in getting me out and off to work. My shuttle driver was very courteous and patient. He dropped me off at work, and picked me up from work that same day. Thanks for everything.

I bought a used car from here in September and it’s had an issue or 2. The service center has not stopped trying to figure out what the problem is and they have been doing everything in their power to get my car back to being roadworthy. As many times as I’ve been up there with it, they have not turned me away and they are dedicated to helping me out and I really appreciate everyone there. Thank you guys.

From start to finish the service, friendliness, knowledge facility and the over all experience was amazing! It is hard to find anyone these days that are welcoming and really want the customer to leave happy. Every person was a part of making our experience the best, they were intent on the customer being happy/satisfied with purchase, as well as knowing when we return we will be greeted as if we’re family.Love love love them all.

I was placed in the perfect car. It was brand new and my salesman handled everything very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. The team have given me their full attention to all my car needs. Thanks again for the great help!

Johnathan Mock II is the salesman whom you want to see. He is very polite and professional. He drove the car up to the door for me to test out instead if me walking the parking lot. Much appreciated.Highly Recommend!

First time I went there and the reception was amazing. I went there for a recall, and ended up that I had 2 recalls and they did all the job in the same day. I got message from my service advisor( Alice Cliff), she sent me pictures and explained what needs to be changed on my vehicle. I had to call on the day next to ask some questions, and again, they were super nice and helpful. I talked to Rob in the phone and he gave me all the price for what needs to be changed on my vehicle as well as some explanation. My experience there was VERY good.
