Initially I went to pet boys to get 2 new tires during the process of installation. There was a service inspection done on my entire car. So Nate the Rep performed the service. At car the counter Calvin. I've known for over 10 years, I didn't know that he relocated from Sirius after they shut down. Freddie also was very helpful as well regarding information sharing... good part of the transition. First time meeting him, but I'm totally pleased with the service. The complete inspection of my car. Now I know a lot more before going there, so I now i know what work my car needs... We have a story, good, or bad..

I’m here in Savannah visiting family and needed tire balance and oil change
Made an appointment and when I rolled up they took my truck and completely inspected everything and preformed everything I needed

This is the most unprofessional place to go to I booked an appointment Thursday to get an engine checked for the following week Monday for 8:30am I got there and was told the mechanic called out and I will have to reschedule because they only have one mechanic the man was very nonchalant and didn’t care told me it’s life wow waste my time

Needed some tires and to the rescue comes Pep Boys in the clutch. I was met at the counter by Joe and the staff and they were very pleasant and accommodating. In and out in less than an hour. And the convo was top notch. Go see them and get you some tires too!!

After my experience today with Joe and the team at Pep Boys in Savannah. I am a Raving Fan! My Mazda Speed 2004 broke down, and I'm 5 hours from home. They immediately took care of me on a busy Sunday. They had issues with getting th old, damaged belts off and putting the new ones on but they stayed on it and refused to give up and they finally got old ones off and both of the new belts on. Tested it to make sure everything was working properly. Great customer service. Great customer experience. I highly recommend Pep Boys, Joe and his team did a Great Job! Trust me, they will take care of you. All the best to Joe and the team!

Joe at Pep Boys was fantastic, friendly, helpful and explained everything perfectly. We had our car 1st looked at by the dealership and after Pep Boys did their analysis we showed them what the dealership said and they confirmed many of the items were incorrect or not needed. We went from a $2,700 invoice to a $700 invoice.
Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Joe and Pep Boys in Savannah, GA for everything!
