We recently used this mechanic to replace an engine in our vehicle. Immediately (literally, the next day) after Perfect Timing Auto returned the vehicle, the air conditioning was not working. We contacted the owner to inform him of this issue. He asked that we bring the vehicle in only to tell us that a perfectly working air condition "just happened to go out." I understand that I am not a mechanic, but how does a perfectly operating air condition "just happens to go out." In addition, it would cost us an additional $1300.00 to repair, after we just paid over $5000.00 for the engine repair. We removed our vehicle from this property, and we are pursuing a formal complaint with the Business Bureau and the Georgia Department of Law's Consumer Protection Division.
