Customer service is outstanding, with staff described as friendly, willing to help, engaging, delightful, kind, and an absolute angel. They make visits pleasant and are considered a great asset. The store's parking lot is spacious and convenient for easy access. Specific services receive high praise. The dog training is highly recommended, with trainers called masters and the best teachers. They teach so much that pet behavior improves remarkably. The grooming service is also appreciated, with a specific groomer noted for being wonderful, patient, and doing a great job. Overall, it is a recommended store for anyone looking for quality products and excellent services for their pets.
I went there today and the sweetest worker with the blue highlights helped me! My cat has had trouble eating and she gave me amazing recommendations and explained everything in detail. My cat is finally eating and I’m beyond grateful for her help!!!

I have been dealing with an allergy issue with my male cat. I came in looking for a specialized diet and Sean asked if he could assist me, and I was very impressed with his knowledge, care, and customer service.
