The location is larger in size, featuring more equipment and larger restrooms. Members enjoy amenities like the Hyber-massage Reclining Lounger, hydro beds, and tanning beds. The front desk staff and club branch manager are noted as friendly and helpful. However, some feedback indicates a need for improvement with employees, who can sometimes have a poor attitude, ignore customers, or be on the phone instead of helping. A repeated comment across locations is that the showers only have hot water, which is not preferred by all members.

Consistently the friendliest staff of any planet fitness I’ve been to. There is a wide selection of machines and free weights, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained.
