amazing!! We were told by another company our car had a major problem that was going to be expensive to repair. We brought it to powertrain and they worked on it. They got down to the real problem, fixed it, and saved us a lot of money!!

Not my first visit to powertrain but definitely my last. Had a trans rebuilt it lasted 11 months. Second rebuild along with 2 PTO's developed a leak after 5 weeks on a hydraulic hose off the pump due to chaffing caused by poor installation. Stopped in and asked to have it looked at. I was told I needed to leave the truck and they'd work it in in a couple days. Wouldn't even look to see what the issue was. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Customer service starts with the owner and works its way down and I ended at the top with the same lack of service. One should not have to lose days of revenue for what would have been a simple fix that shouldn't have happened anyway.Long story short, consumer beware if you should find yourself at this establishment.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Powertrain. My truck is in and out and their prices are fair. They're professional and have no problem answering many questions I have. They also give great preventative advice that often sends me cash in the future.Services: Tires

Well straight to the point rear end lock up on truck was unsure where to take I we decided to have it towed etc they called the following week which was fine I knew the estimate wouldn't be good 1965dollarsI asked about the gear ratio, how many miles on reverend etc well guess what? This indis individual said he did not know but they sure had a estimate.oh yeah said it was coming of truck they had in yard and my normal self would spoke up which 9 out of ten times I do especially ror 2000 dollars and not getting a brand new parts.so far not too bad but Fri morning im guessing the boss said noise was coming from year and that's normal when u get new gears REDFLAG was told parts where coming off truck anyway he said it it go bad our good u have a 6mos warranty another red flag new parts and only six months so my suspicion is way up plus the truck sat there all day Friday until I finally called oh yeah pick it up.i got there expecting a little courteous service after that much money but everyone was rude I couldn't get a straight answer on truck.i give me 0 stars forgot debit cards had to call bank so my fault didn't explain what the did I asked why did it lock up said all grease leakout well I'm not a mechanic but 110 thousand miles just didn't make sense still making noise so going back next week and get a little detail on parts and where they come from one said new and the other off wreck truck.I hope I'm all wrong but didn't show Mr the bad parts why it leaked etc.i hope this goes poor compunction to I know what the heck happen hope I'll change t 5 stars tbc

Had them rebuild my transmission put it back in my truck put fluid in it and right when I started my truck it was draining fluid from every seal. Front input shaft was dumping fluid. The rear shaft going to transfer case was leaking. Inspection plates were leaking. And where the housing bolted up was leaking.Service: Transmission

Called Powertrain after having zero luck with any other local shops within a 50 mile radius to get a my rear diff rebuilt on my Ram 1500. I was in a time crunch as I’m from Canada and talked to Chad and explained my situation to him. He was super professional and friendly and told me to drop my truck off on Monday and he’d have me fixed up before the weeks end. They had my truck fixed up and ready to go by Wednesday! Definitely did me a big favour by being able to get me in and out so quickly ! Would highly recommend

The folks at Powertrain are great to work with. My 1953 Willys CJ3B is so much closer to being finished with the new/shortened driveshafts. Reasonable pricing also.

I dropped my truck off at power train because it developed a vibration somewhere from the engine to the rear axle caused by the drive shaft. It's a 4 wheel drive truck. I have done business with Terry in the past and have always been very happy
