In a world where even positive Google reviews can be persuaded with a gift card or a discount, I thought I’d share here, as a new customer who leaves this review for my fellow consumer who has trouble believing that good, honest, hardworking, quality trades are still out there to help make our lives better, and in this case, safer on the road.
If you’re looking for a top notch mechanic I cannot recommend Prewitt’s more. After taking my car to Savannah Toyota, for far far too long, I finally took a recommendation from friend and tried Prewitt’s out today. I’ll save everyone from a long/too detailed review of the history that led up to this day by saying, from customer service, to quality and thorough work done, review of what was done and what didn’t need service just yet, to the shockingly reasonable pricing, they were the absolute polar opposite of the dealership service experience (or the quick service places) I’ve had since I purchased this car in 2015. If you need a mechanic or have been wanting a change but don’t know who to trust, look no further. My wallet (for the reasonable pricing as well as protecting my investment with their quality work), my car and me as a driver/consumer are absolutely blown away. It’s such a rare relief these days to know that one daunting “adulting” task can be placed in trusted hands. ??

I have taken my vehicles to Prewitt’s ARS for the past 10 years. Mrs Angie and Mr Leland are wonderful to interact with. All repairs and services are throughly completed with professionalism and great customer care. They truly care about vehicle maintenance and customer service. I would highly recommend Prewitt’s ARS for your vehicle maintenance.

Flat out rude and disrespectful old woman in the front office! All she wants to do is sit in the air conditioning behind the counter. Refuses to speak with the owner or any tech about any questions or issues. Offering to pay! She just sits there. Same thing I have heard from others. Now I experience her rude and disrespectful arrogance for myself! Highly do NOT recommend this ship!

Such a Great place to have your vehicle serviced. The staff is GREAT and the owner over sees every vehicle that comes in. I saved a bunch of money doing my 90,000 mile service.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
