Great people, good space, but elevators are always an issue. Twice out of service, causing long walk to unit. Great price, knowledgeable people on phone, billing is clear.

Unit was clean and ready for use. Spoke to Ms. Kim and she explained the property procedures. Had to upgrade to a bigger unit 10x10 from the 5x10. Just love the property and location.

As I sit at the airport in Savannah, Georgia, reflecting on my time here and the challenges I’ve faced, I feel compelled to share my deep appreciation for someone who truly made a difference during a difficult period.
I would ike to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for Kim, the manager at the Public Storage facility on 1669 Chatham Parkway in Savannah, Georgia. Since first connecting with her in October of last year, I have been consistently impressed by her exceptional professionalism, clarity, and unwavering support. My situation was uniquely complicated, and at times, quite overwhelming. Yet Kim handled every interaction with remarkable precision, kindness, and efficiency. She consistently answered all of my questions and concerns without delay, offering solutions that were both thoughtful and to the point.
It is rare to encounter someone who is not only thoroughly competent but also deeply compassionate—and Kim is exactly that. She has truly been a steady and reliable partner on the other side of a difficult journey, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have had her guidance throughout.
Employees like Kim are the reason companies build strong reputations and lasting customer relationships. She embodies leadership, accountability, and service excellence. It is my sincere hope that she is recognized for her outstanding contributions and considered for promotion to a higher leadership role—regional manager or beyond. She has more than earned it.
Public Storage is lucky to have her. And I am beyond grateful for all she has done.

Getting a cart from the front desk when i have a unit on the opposite side is wildly annoying. Can we have some on the other side of the facility? Or even near any of the entrances.
And poles guarding the entrances that aren't wide enough to fit furniture through. Come on. Do better.
