The overall feel of the store is mediocre. It seems a little on the small side and feels cramped with merchandise. Especially along the front of the aisles. Otherwise it's not bad. The employees are friendly and helpful. It is usually pretty quick in the checkout line.

Rude employees. Ask them for help and you would have thought I asked them for a million dollars. The employee turned green and ran away from me. Oh, and by the way. I am not homeless and that shouldn't matter if I was. And I didn't get my senior citizen discount. We need to bring back good ole fashion customer service.

I waited in line for 20 mins and there were only 3 lines open...No Line for 2 items for people on their lunch breaks and it was 1:30 when I got in line...now its 1:50.... I left!

Rotten produce, especially lettuce, is a constant issue at this store. Over the last 3 years it's gotten to the point where I no longer buy any produce from this store at all.
I'm absolutely at a loss as to how they haven't gotten in trouble for keeping things at the wrong temperatures. They rarely, if ever, rotate anything in all of the deli coolers - hummus is frequently out of date too.
Their prices on vegetarian meats is outrageous as well. This stuff isn't in a single section. A freezer reset has been needed for at least 2 years
This is famously the worst Publix in Savannah for a reason.

They do a good job except they ask you if you could everything you were looking for and if you say no they just keep checking you out.

I will no longer shop there. There is a panhandler who lies on the sidewalk out front. I said something to the manager as I came in and her comment back to me was they tell him 200 times a day to leave and he doesn't. I said I wouldn't return - I can grocery shop other places and I would not return. She was not pleased that I said that - but not pleased with me personally. When I came out he was moved, but still close enough that he could yell at customers. I'll shop elsewhere, thank you very much.

Everything we need is there, but we tried to buy drinks and they asked us for an ID, even showing mine and my father's the person who served us, she didn't want to sell us, we decided to leave everything we had with us and she just laughed, that cashier was very rude

I like the store- but when I go marketing I do not want to be panhandled by a man lying on the sidewalk when I leave. I'd rather drive further away to a different store than to be panhandled. (Please don't say you didn’t know - yiur employee told me that the manager was informed about this and evidently didn't think it was distressing enough to address it).

Just had a bad experience at this location. I asked the associate at the seafood counter for a whole catfish. I said good morning first. She had an annoyed look on her face, never responded to me. She was extremely frustrated that I was there.
She gave me a catfish fillet, which is not what I asked for but I took it so I could get away from her.
Look, I get it, you hate your job. But until you can quit and find another job, fake it until you make it.
I’ll probably avoid this location for a while because of her horrible attitude.

They have many employees who are not courteous, I am Latin and I speak not fluent English, that bothers the workers, which has caused me to stop going to the store, only when I have no other choice, it is well located, the cleanliness is excellent, It is a shame that not everyone understands that this is a country of immigrants and welcomes us as their children, thank you
