This room was booked for my by a friend so I didn't get to view it before booking.There were bugs in the room. Sink didn't drain. Shower head clogged. Stains. Burn marks in the covers. Nothing smelled clean. I would not stay again.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. First the automatic door is broken so you have to slide it open yourself. Second, the front desk worker asked my dtr why she had a mean look to her and my daughter is special needs. So we get to our room and only one key works. The room had food and handprints on the walls. the chairs were stained. The curtain had holes, the towels were dirty, the fridge was dirty (and rusted), and whenever the air conditoner kicked in, it smelled like weed. Did mention cockroaches?! I would strongly advise not staying here. Also the ice machine had mold.

They really need to get this place together! We been staying here for years when we come to Savannah and the hotel has gone down hill, there was dirt on the walls in the shower, the beds are shot! No receiver for the phone, very loud and the smell of weed everywhere you walk on the

Didn't have a problem finding the place. And it seems nice(4 night stay). The room didn't smell funky it smelt clean. Service is good. Bed is comfy and so is the room. Lol outside in the breeze ways does smell of majuana but that's everywhere nowadays. I only have 2 complaints 1) no water pressure at all (it did get hot though) but it basically trickles out, if you've got thick or long hair you'll be there a minute trying to wash it 2) tv service is a bust its 930p and the only thing that pulls up is the guide(the heck is that)......I can deal with no TV but the water pressure was a real disappointment.... price wise eh it's cheap I reckon you get what you pay for

Bed bugs in room 308, ask for a different room if put in there. I am covered in bites after staying there.

Electric outlets by the bed did not work, the USB port did not work and the reading lights did not work. Room was in need of refurbishing. Wife didn't feel safe in parking lot.

I stayed Friday to Sunday and for 2 of those days…my room had NO HOT WATER . I could not shower.I requested to borrow another room just to shower… I was denied- told there were no other rooms. Disappointed in how management handled this. They would not refund me for my stay. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Absolutely outrageous. You have been warned of how they will treat you if something happens.Safety: Unsanitary / health code violation : not having hot water to shower nor providing a refund when one is clearly dueNoteworthy details: Owner would not refund me nor offer me a free night after not being able to use hot water or shower for 2 days. Extremely unprofessional

We were reluctant to try this oldie but goodie after reading reviews. But were pleasantly surprised to have a very good stay, especially for the price. We are Marriott Hotel regulars but fit right in. Convenient to park right in front of our room in the massive parking lots. The hot & fresh breakfasts were tasty & well stocked. Location is amazing for any shopping or dining you want to walk to. We even walked to our favorite brewery and even to the Riverwalk. Uber fares are quick & cheap getting to downtown too. It is well managed, also feels safe & secure for us & our vehicle too. Don't be afraid to stay here!
