I had an appointment for 3:40. I tried to call multiple times to say I would be 5 minutes late due to traffic. Keep in mind I am making a hour drive to get to the location. The door clearly says they take walk-ins till 4. I arrive at 3:45. The lady notified me that I was late and they had already cleaned everything up for the day and I would have to set up another appointment.

Awful customer service. Drove an hour to get here just to here "we stop taking walk-ins at 12:30". It was 12:15..They close at 1:00. My paperwork was already completed by 3rd party. The sample should've taken no more than 5 minutes. It cant be that hard for people to do their jobs.
