Went in and paid $450 for a really nice Walker. Thought I got a great deal until I looked on Amazon they are selling a $280 Walker for $450 I think it is deplorable for anybody to take advantage of disabled elderly people and I will never do business with this place again for any reason.

Absolutely no service after the sale. Brought high priced rolater bent a wheel when I pushed the seat back. Should have bought on Amazon for half the price. Don’t waste your money

I order a treache since the middle part of July añd they only gave me the run around coming up with excuses saying my Dr need to send my chart. My Dr. Said they send it about 3 times. I called the beginning I call the first part of this month they was staying saying the same thing. I called my Dr. He said he sent it. Last week Fri they called n say the reason I didn't get it is because it been a back order and I should receive it Monday. Monday came nothing. Up to this day Aug. 17 someone was suppose to cal me back yesterday, still nothing . I am very unpleased with this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone

Been waiting over a week for my father's oxygen concentrators the gentleman comes in for my mother today and is very rude explains to me that this is not his pay rate so he doesn't know what is going on with my father's oxygen he continues to replace the portable oxygen concentrator that my mother have received with no chords to charge it he took the lightweight newer model gave us an old used model when we asked to have the other one back so that she could carry it he said he can't do that it's already in the van and this is what they gave you doesn't know what to tell you and you can call and complain about me if you'd like very rude unimpersonable telling us that he doesn't know because there's only him that works there and it is not his job to know these things and when asking if he had received my father's information he needed to get this oxygen concentrator he States it's somewhere in the universe and that's all I can tell you bad business everything they say they are they are not they are not here when you need them they do not have friendly caring stuff they are very unprofessional rude and down right crappy people would not recommend them to anyone by the time you're able to get the oxygen your patient may be dead because my father still has no oxygen it's been over a week but the order is somewhere in the universe and that is not his pay grade to find that information out horrible unprofessional business I wouldn't even give them zero Stars I had to give one because there's no lower amount to give but they don't even deserve one star

I depend on Resource Medical Group for OXYGEN tank delivery. I will call in the morning and be told that tanks will be on tomorrow's delivery van. Often, the delivery will be two to there days late. This past Monday, one off their "therapists" came to my home on a scheduled visit and asked me how many empty tanks i needed on Wednesday. I called Resource Medical today (Friday) and found out that the order had never been turned in. This means that I am stuck at home for the weekend and don't have enough Oxygen tanks to make a drive to visit family. When I called the "therapist" I got forwarded to voice mail which was full and could receive no new messages.

The rehab facility mistakenly ordered a walker instead of a wheelchair for my dad after his discharge. Danny from Resource Medical came to deliver the next day. When we realized that a mistake was made he was helpful in getting is fixed and came back the next day with a wheelchair, an hour from Savannah! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I had the misfortune to be directed to the Waters Ave. store in Savannah for multiple DME for my son who 4 days before had emergency surgery for a traumatic leg injury. From the moment I walked in the door I had a thoroughly exhausting nearly 2 hour experience. My encounter began with a lady named Ladonna. They could have experienced accounting people rather than a person who made me feel that my question were really not worth discussing. They also do not have a cycled billing system
