Ross on Abercorn is my ultimate favorite place to shop, but my last trip there was by far the best! The lady who was running the fitting room chatted me up and actually helped me pick out dresses using her own expertise. She was super friendly and attentive and not just with me—but with everyone she spoke to. She treated all of us like old friends. You never see that level of customer service anymore, and I wish I could remember her name, but I did make sure to tell her supervisor to give her a raise!! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because—without fail—every time we go in there, there’s an alarm going off and no one trying to fix it. But the inventory, prices, and customer service are more than enough to offset the minor irritation and I will continue to recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

Never Nerver shop at this store, I got scam at the cashier card payment.
I WAS CHARGED $80 DOLLARS FOR A TUBE OF 5 dollars toothpaste.
They never explained how this happen cashier had the nerve to blame me.
The customer that came after me somehow was able to charge $73 dollars on my card, now if you buy something and don't pay you know it's not free.
The bank notified me of the charges.
So who is at fault the cashier did not close out the sale and did not give me a receipt,
She was very rude about it when I informed her she did not put a receipt in my bag.
Stay away from this Ross!!!!

Check your accounts, they made me swipe my card twice, claiming that the system was slow. In the end, they charged me twice the price and when I returned to resolve this, they only told me "talk to your bank" knowing that they made me swipe my card twice.

Ross Dress for Less offers unbeatable prices, with top brands up to 60-70% off. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the anti-theft tags on the clothes frequently set off alarms, and no one came to turn them off. It made browsing difficult with the constant alarm noise. Management should definitely consider updating the system to improve the shopping experience.

They need more staff. They always say that they're hiring but I'm guessing they don't pay enough to keep their people. As a result there are long lines and messy shelves all the time

My mother accidentally left her purchased shoes behind and came back 2 days later, hoping they kept them for her. A very kind gentleman immediately found her bag and returned it to her. This is the kind of customer service that makes me want to frequent this business. This was Wayne.
