Late review for good reason. I’ve waited to write this to be sure I am making an honest assessment. The customer service / communication between me the shop representative (Greg) was top notch. I knew the status of my vehicle every step of the way. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I drove it for approximately two months and received the recommended 250 mile oil change before writing this review. I am extremely pleased with the engine replacement. My vehicle is a classic and it runs just as well, if not better than my newer vehicles. I recommend RPM to anyone looking for honest, timely communication and pridefully done labor.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Greg was amazing; super helpful and honest. He listened to the problems my car was having and remained true to his word that his techs would give a thorough diagnosis and honest feedback. That’s all I wanted and RPM delivered. Will be taking my next car to them and recommending them in the meantime.

Had to have fuel injectors replaced. Even though the situation sucked, Greg ( I believe that was name ) was very professional and easy to deal with over the phone. I took my 2011 BMW Z4 in for an oil change and break check. Greg was so helpful. He got my car taken care of quickly and had it back to me the next day. The service was excellent and very affordable. I will be recommending RPM to all of my family and friends!

I had coilovers installed on my Porsche Cayman track car. The install was finished ahead of schedule and the price was agreeable. I was also notified that my top mounts needed replaced, and I'm glad they called and took care of that instead of just installing my coilovers on garbage mounts. Communication was excellent and I was aware of my car's progress along the way. I've used this shop a few times now, and I'm never disappointed. I'll continue to return!Services: Tires

Had my VW clutch upgraded here, and it was a long process. They where one of 2 shops in Savannah willing to do the work. They are more than fair with their prices and their work is impeccable. No other place I'd trust with my cars.
