used to be one of the best woodworking suppliers around...a complete joke now.... not only is the head guy at that branch a liar ( his name is Todd) they routinely send out gouged and damaged sheet goods. I was told that I was expecting a grade material for c grade pricing...whether its a grade or w grade, I deserve quality sheet goods that do t have gouges and chunks missing, especially 2 sided prefinished stuff... the dependability and accountability is comical. for all that read this ask yourself this question?... would you accept sheet goods that you were charged a premium for if you noticed forklift Marks on your sheet good or even would you accept something that looks like a cover sheet? that's what this branch has turned to. thanks rugby in Savannah for caring about your profit margin and not your customers
